We stayed at Four Seasons last weekend. Pros: Overall it t was a great stay. The service was excellent. The breakfast options were excellent. The rooms were great. Cons: the location is not great. There is absolutely nothing in walking distance from the hotel. Not a very child friendly hotel - its more a business type of hotel. The pool is quite small.

1/ i had choosen this hotel for the pool >> the pool is tiny as an handkerchief and dirty because of the poops of the pigeons on the sunbathing area. 2/ high floor rooms >> very inconvenient because of srong smelling gases coming from drainage.... i could not sleep one night and had to take pills. the smell was horrible. 3/ good service quality , helpful staff , I enjoyed the spa but the steam bath room is horrible and not modern. 4/ san qi restuarant is really good

This is a really good hotel for a business trip. The rooms are very spacious and come with all the usual faclities you would expect for 5 star. The service of teh staff is excellent, always very polite and helpful. The food is also great, although I found teh selction at times a bit limited. The SanQ is superb offering a godo variety of Indian, Chinese and Japanese; but th restaurant in teh hotel was very limited with teh pool bar being so much better. No real area to drink, the bar downside is very cramped; but the bar on teh roof is excellent. Overall, a very good hotel and will definately go back next time I am in Mumbai.

Stayed only for a night. The view from the room was great as it was a higher floor room facing the Arabian sea. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast place is a bit small but enough choice is available to cater to people with different choices. The hotel is not a typical 4S and is more like a business hotel. The location is convenient for business traveler but may not be the greatest for luxury travelers/ tourists.

When you see the Four Seasons sign there is a certain expectation of a hotel and I have to say this is not somewhere that meets them. The property is small so everywhere feels busy and cramped which is not helped by the fact it's popular with locals who are not staying at the hotel. Service is basically that of a chain hotel and nothing special - I put a do not disturb sign but was disturbed, the airport transfer service was unfriendly, as was the concierge and overall you are not really made to feel welcome. The receptionist should be replaced by a machine since they couldn't be bothered to smile or provide any service. Not interested in helping out due to the shortage of bank notes - didn't even want to accept them as payment. The rooms though comfortable are so bland that they are depressing - India has such a rich culture and yet this place would not look out of place above any suburban US mall or for that matter any non-description business centre. One positive is location in terms of convenience for nearby business meetings although it's not the sort of area you would venture out for a walk. I have stayed before and I now remember why I didn't come back.
