Stayed here a number of times on business. Excellent location and service. Not giving 5 star as feel in room dining options could be better as well as gym has scope for improvement. Hassle free check in and checkout despite full occupancy.

I spent 3 nights at the hotel on a business trip. Arrival experience was great and the staff from airport until I reached the room gave me a very warm welcome. Looking at the room it's very old and outdated, I was actually shocked that this is a Four Seasons product! However I have to say that the housekeeping staff did a great job to maintain it as it was clean but still this is not a Four Seasons room. I tried the food at the restaurants and room service and it was amazing! The service also was great. Concierge was very helpful and professional when they helped book the hotel cars for my meetings and airport drop off/pick up. Overall the service and food exceeded my expectations but the product is not what you expect from such a brand.

Well located property. Rooms are very comfortable. They had a very nice breakfast layout. With an option of ala carte order at your convenience. Staff is generous. Service was prompt. Highly Recommend for business or pleasure.

Among the favourite hotels in Mumbai. You should always ask them the Sea Facing Room and the beautiful Sun set view from the room is amazing. The hotels maintain a very high standard and gives you a very good feeling. The food is yummy, staff is up-tight, location is amazing. Make sure you don't miss the remarkable open bar on 33rd floor called "AER Bar" although is damn costly but if you match with the view it's super fun and calm.

Demo Trip The ocean facing rooms face the crematorium (view of green field and smoke chimneys). If you don't want that ask for the slum view rooms.
