Its a good property but over all it can be much better. Food was good. Staff and service was excellent. Room was large and well equipped.

Excellent hotel, good service and friendly staff. Comfortable clean rooms and fabulous location for the airport. The restaurant was equally good and we thoroughly enjoyed lunch and breakfast. Very close to other big chain hotels if you fancy going for a drink / dinner somewhere different. Would definitely stay here again!

First all good things. We had a booking for a normal room but we upgraded it on executive lounge floor by paying extra. It is very close to international airport. The check-in was very smooth. The room was very good. The lobby of hotel was looking grand. We had lunch and breakfast at The Brasserie. The food and service was excellent. The hotel deserved 5* but for two reasons. When we reached our room we found all the windows were covered with papers as some renovation was going on outside. We felt claustrophobic. It was the duty of management to inform us at the time of booking which they failed to do. The service at executive lounge was very bad. We came here at 5.30 for coffee. We waited for 15 minutes but nobody came to serve us. Ultimately I had to get up and go to pantry. Again at 7.30 during Happy Hours when we went for cocktail the same thing was repeated. At 7.45 we were told all the snacks are over and they can't serve anything. We never expected this type of reply from a Hilton property. We left our drinks and spent rest of our evening opposite Grand Maratha Sheraton.

Just one night stay with a late check-in and early check out - I found the hotel to be ok type and not a 5 star category looking at it's overall size and ambience. Breakfast area is also compact and so is the spread. Rooms are fine but small.

Situated minutes away from the International airport (although much further from the domestic terminal) this is a large modern hotel well equipped for the business traveller. Food and service in the restaurant was good, the breakfast buffet was excellent. Wifi is chargeable (free for Hilton loyalty club members). Standard rooms are on the small side but mine had the best TV of my stay in India. Drinks and food prices are very high in comparison with the room rates - although perhaps I got a bargain rate for a Saturday night stay in a business hotel ?

Just one night stay but was a great place and I am comparing with Hilton in USA where I normally stay. Immaculate condition of the rooms, good breakfast, courteous service, overall experience was great. If they provide free shuttle from and to airport that would highly appreciated by guests. Would come back here always
