Its a good property but over all it can be much better. Food was good. Staff and service was excellent. Room was large and well equipped.

This is the only Hilton property in Mumbai and pretty close to the airport. As a Hilton Diamond member I tend to patronize Hilton hotels and while I didn't have to be near the airport I stayed here nonetheless. That said, I can see how it can get tiring and cumbersome to travel to the city everyday and be stuck in traffic for hours. Besides other airport chain hotels there's nothing really going on around this area. Luckily Uber is functional and can get you to places around town. The room has a victorian style decor/layout and while not spacious it was doable for 2 nights. There was no view to speak for, and the layout wasn't space efficient. There was hardly any room to walk around near the bed and I felt claustrophobic in the room. Executive lounge didn't have much space either and there was no place to sit in the evenings. Breakfast was pretty good and service overall was fine. At checkout they presented me with a bill with services another guest had charged on my room. Alarming as that guest had already checked out and they were trying to make me pay for services he had used. Even though the manager checked and rectified the issue, it just left a bad taste in my overall impression of the hotel. That said, if I'm in Mumbai again and need a Hilton stay I'll stay here again and hope for the best.

I had stayed here for a single day. As I reached early for the meeting. They ensured proper care for ironing and I used the spa centre. It's made in a classical way and the lights and chandeliers are awesome. The rooms pretty awesome and the have excellent bath accessories. It's one minute away from the airport. Would love to visit again

This is a second time I have stayed here, and it does not disappoint . We used this hotel only for one night as our flight came very late at night. The hotel organised a driver to meet us in the airport and took us to the hotel in a nice AC car with complimentary chilled water . First impressions count and trust me when you walk in to the lobby, it feels like you entered a castle - white marble, crystal chandeliers and fresh flower arrangements in human size. As we checked in late at night check in was smooth and quick, the front desk staff were friendly and courteous. Couple minutes after we arrived in our room our bags got brought up as well. The room was beautiful with imperial style furniture and beautiful wooden bed. Bathroom was spacious with bath separate to shower laid out in marble and with all necessary amenities. Breakfast was to die for, huge selection of items continental as well as traditional Indian cuisine. The only downside is that, because of the proximity to the airport there are no tourist attractions that you can walk to, apart from that the hotel is worth every penny you pay. We will definitely be back next time we travel to India!!!

Stayed here for work for a couple of nights. I am a loyal Hilton booker but it does get more and more difficult to defend these hotels to colleagues when the competition stepping up their game. Here for business and on the good side the rooms are a good size with a separate shower area. On the bad side the rooms are looking dated - broken taps, lights not working, my alarm clock did not work and plugs are all in the wrong place! I actually witnessed a front desk employee give the wrong passport to the wrong person who returned it and stated they need to be more careful - I agree! The internet was horrible and being that this was the most expensive hotel i stayed in in india i expected more - though the front desk employee helped the pain by giving a free airport shuttle does not help I could not do any work! The restaurant layout is poor and it seems you are sitting in the corridor for tables of two. Overall when we come through as a small group again my colleagues are already talking about the Hyatt regency or the Jw - both near by.

The benchmark of an excellent hotel is when the staff go above and beyond to help their guests out. I cannot thank the front/concierge staff enough for their assistance in helping me out when I left my laptop and phone charger at my previous hotel. Clementina , Amit and Sonali and I know I've left some names out but your quick action, generosity and teamwork took a bad situation for me and saved me. I've always been extremely happy with all my Hilton stays and the quality of the service is what keeps me coming back but this time it really went beyond what I could have expected. If you're traveling for business you really couldn't ask for more.
