This hotel should have organized check in time and should not inform the guest to wait at reception as check in should be given immediately.

Hotel is situated in a very crowded area and location wise it is not good hotel but the room was clean and with nice interiors. Staff of the hotel was very helpfull. Food was not so tasty. i will recommend this hotel to my family & friends only if the rates reduce. Overall this is an average hotel.

This hotel is tucked in a busy corner in Mumbai. The highest floor is 7. So it can be a problem of your are very sensitive to noise. I can take it but not my business partner. The bar in the hotel was good. They were having a buy 1 free 1. The workers in the bar rajesh, Shang and kene was very friendly. They were very helpful in providing help to find my way around Mumbai. I will definitely return to this hotel in the near future.

The hotel is a really great 4 star hotel. Location is good if you are flying from the international airport and have a connection early etc, however for going to other places of interest and shopping you will struggle with the traffic in that area. One evening it took us 2 hours to get back to the hotel. The hotel itself is good. Staff (Rohan at the front desk) provide an awesome service. The only other annoyance is the neighbouring hotel in the back of the Holiday Inn that blared music until after 4am and can be heard in some of the rooms.

We stayed twice in this hotel during the last week of Dec 2016. The friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff made up for one or two small issues at the hotel. Rohit and Abhijeet, Managers at the front desk, were exceptional. The bar was nice and Shang was very nice and pleasant. The food at the restaurant was ok, but nothing to get excited about. During the second stay, we stayed in Junior Suites, which were very good.

the holiday inn international every day going upward forward improving every where , and every time the MANAGERIAL TEAM IS PERFECT AND THE STAFF IS AMAZING , but i have to this time comment about reception team one person his name is abajaieed his job is duty manager his way of deal in big hotel like holiday inn international should be rectified and his performance with guest should be trained really is not perfect at all, on the positive hand we have to appreciate and thanks for food and beverage team every day improvement started from old manager Dutta and new manager Amit , restaurant manager Clint , Riya and executive Sandipa and all the reaming friend in the restaurant lets go to beautiful friends in kitchen chiefs and all ie perfect chef yougesh ,previn ,pa, sorry i forget some names but all are amazing in cooking , some restaurateur i have to remember them like the people that working till sacrificing by life for hotel like sandipa nandi she good in every thing and finally we have to thank the man who behind all this success Mr kumar jah general manager is the magic manager is improvement and choose the perfect team

I visited the city for some work and a day or two of liesure. The hotel is just 15 Mon ride from the terminal 2. It is just next to the Sakinaka metro station. Initial impression is a bit disappointing due to traffic and busy locality. But as you drive through to the main porch the beauty starts to unfold. At the front desk we were received by Mr Rohan, who was cheerful and gave us a early check in (1100). Since I am a member also he provided us with voucher for complimentary drinks at the bar. I had a minor issues with quality of the cable TV. The staff tried to solve the issue and when they could not, they upgraded us to a suite on a floor of our choice. The warmth was amazing from the staff. I had asked for a late check out, which was provided. The checkout was again very smooth (Mr Rohan again). I was provided with a drop to the airport which was again complimentary. Such gestures make you ignore the minor hassles one faces at a busy time like Christmas. Let me list the pros - Rooftop pool - metro station 50 m from gate. Good for beating traffic towards Andheri and Versova. - Nice joints like the bar stock exchange is 500m, along with McDonald's. Other eating places are around the corner at 100m or so. - good breakfast spread. Do add it on during booking from the site/app. - Hospitality is nice and with a smile especially at the front desk. Now the cons - the views from the rooms is nothing to write home about. - the service from house keeping staff can improve. Took them an hour and three calls to fetch me a carry bag. - The breakfast timing should be extended to accommodate holiday season rush.
