NOT STAYED IN THE HOTEL...I did not get my room as they say they are overbooked. I had to go to some other hotel so it was sick and worst expeirence of my life. Anyways i have filed a case at consumer court so you will come to know as because of you i have had lot of problems. You took money from my card and did not give me accomodation.

Complaint...........We couldn't get the room that we paid for well in advance. We booked the room for 21st night and while booking the room we had mentioned that we will be reaching there at about 11:45 pm as the flight was scheduled to arrive at 11:00 pm. Forget about free complimentary airport pickup that is mentioned as one of their services, we didn't even get the room. We reached there at about 11:45 pm and we were asked to wait at the counter for some time while the clerk was trying to make some random phone calls. We waited patiently for about 10 minutes and then we asked what�???????????????????s the matter. The clerk said that the room was allotted to someone who was supposed to vacate at 11:00 pm but for some reason that room will get vacated only at 3:00 am and that we need to wait outside (as they don�???????????????????t have a lobby). We had book an executive room that is the most expensive room of that hotel and we had paid for it well in advance but we still asked the clerk to give us anything and he said nothing was available and that we have to wait outside for more than 3 hours (from 11:45 pm to 03:00 am). Fortunately I was able to find another hotel and we went there but this was the worst experience I have ever had with any hotel. My advice to anyone who wants to stay there is that if you are planning to be there before 5:00 pm then you may probably find a room else you definitely deserve better as there are a lot of options in Mumbai. I need to get my money back from travelguru.com as I paid for something that I couldn�???????????????????t avail and instead ended up in a lot of trouble.

As it is a brand new hotel, the rooms are well furnished. The hotel does not have a restaurant, they used to bring food from outside. I had my food from some joint out. The hotel offers pick up and drop service from the airport. The hotel is very close to the airport so it is very comfortable for people who travel often. It is a very good hotel. The rooms were very neat, clean, and well maintained by the hotel staff. The drawback is, there not being any restaurant in the hotel so they bring food from outside though quality of food is good. Staff service was very nice. At the moment, some construction work is going on.the moment, some construction work is going on.

Room looked neat, but they were many bed bugs so I could not sleep properly in the room. The bed was also uncomfortable. Staff were very polite in their service. When we got food from outside, the chicken was more bones and less flesh.
