We visited hotel at 4.00 am and was going to check out in evening 8pm...Requested the staff since the rooms are empty give us early checkin but still they wanted us to seat fill 9 am to get the chekin...further we said yes hotel do have checkin and checkout policies but still you can take are case by going out of box to get the client staisfaction..But the the staff on the reception didnt accepted and said you will have to pay for two days 48 hrs...and we wanted only for 17 hrs not even one complete day but they didnt supported they kept the room empty and didnt preffered to give the client early checkin...Worst worst worst

It was the worst hotel in the world I was stay 5 nights in that hotel and unfortunately as I paid before I couldn't change it It's set in dirtiest Area and and crowded I was wondering when it was raining,my room was completly wet,when I touched the wall I realize water cames out of wall To save your money I recomend you to stay in street indeed this hotel

As per my stay the area is superb and hotel is superb price is so heavy but trip advisor help to resolve thia matter and even goibibo and makemytrip to so rooms are clean 3 to 4 floors helpful staff and even the manager tooo

Good hotel. Staff is very cooperative. I stayed in this hotel twice. Very easy to get to any location from this hotel. I preferred this hotel to stay with my family. Hotel is clean. Overall experience was very nice. I will recommend my friends for this hotel.

It was pathetic..booked room online which included breakfast and also had the receipt.. at hotel they denied saying it's not reflecting in our system it's better u speak to pagoda customer service.. when I called them they said it's showing that booking is with breakfast...end result I was asked to send breakfast expense receipts to agoda for's ridiculous
