Horrible experience...staff are not helpful at all.. in addition, the surrounding place stinks, and not safe....Avoid this place ..if you can....if you are couple, staff would inquire you in a way that all people that go there are for bussiness relation...not pleasant experience at all..
This hotel is the best hotel I would say to spend time with friends. The reception person was very attractive and impressive in speaking with the visitors. We stayed in the hotel just 1n and 1d but really enjoyed those few hours with friends like never before. This hotel made our day.Readers who are looking for a hotel with extraordinary services and that too at comfortable prices then go for this hotel.
everything is bad except the omelet for breakfast that only can order via roomservice.
dirty, smelly,no towels, no toiletpaper,no hot water.dangerous and very poor aria. No wifi.waitors walking in through the door without knocking.extremely noisy, the room was shaking everytime a plane passed low above it.You can only pay the hotel in cash.
I stayed there for about a week, though its not a very fancy place, its a ideal place for a budget business traveller. I would certainly not stay here with my family, however it worked for me bczz I was looking for a budget hotel that offered some basic amenities such as - AC, Attached western style toilet, TV, WiFi, Breakfast and close to public transport. It offered it all, however the WiFi & the breakfast are just a joke and very very far from pleasing. The location is very very shady and you are constantly disturbed by the street noise.
The staff are reasonably cooperative if you tip them. If I was looking for a under Rs 1000/night property, I may possibly consider it again.
Stayed in Hotel Arma executive (Jari mari, Mumbai) in Sept 2015. The room was marketed by OYO rooms and I had booked the room through Makemytrip.com.
OYO rooms are well known for budget rooms with free wifi and breakfast and they see that the rooms are well maintained. The same was true with the rooms I booked in Arma Executive. The rooms were well within budget, spacious, had A/c and well maintained and promised Free wi Fi, Breakfast. I stayed in OYO rooms many a times and I never had issues with OYO rooms as such.
The problems for me were always with the Hotel staff and management.
First of all, they offered us a room inspite of knowing that they had lost it's door key!
On asking for the key, they told me that we can trust them with our belongings and we need not lock the room. When demanded, they changed our room but again offered it to another couple!
The promised free Wi fi was a joke! They gave me the wifi password with which i could log in and browse for sometime. After some time, the wi fi stopped working and i could never surf net with wifi again. Fed up, I started using my 3G connection as i had important work for which I needed internet. The wifi speed was also very very poor and the signal strength was almost non existent once I close the door of room.
The promised free Breakfast was also for namesake. The items offered for free breakfast was very limited (only toast & omellete with slice bread) and they charged me for the tea! It looked like the management of the hotel just promised the free wifi and breakfast to comply with OYO rooms guidelines and wanted the guest not to make use of these or use it as less as possible, lest they lose money.
Overall, its a good hotel to stay (only because its OYO) if you want a place near to BKC,US embassy or Airport.
Hope they improve.
