It was a quite bad experience with this hotel since the neighbourhoods are not decent, and the locality is not standard. However the room was just okay and the food was below average.

Overall hospitality and quality of food are very good, but the rooms are not ventilated and way for rooms are congestive. I would recommend this budget hotel for our friends and relatives to stay in Mumbai.

loacation is good, near sakkinaka railway station,but locality is poor dont go with family ,rooms r average but for the price its good so if have short stay n as bachelor u can stay ,so decide urself n ur purpose of stay I THINK WHAT I HAVE 2 TELL HAS REACHED...

Never ever stay in this hotel even for free.... No facilities, the rooms stink,ambience is terrible. The pictures provided in the sites are completely fake. No services provided and very uncorporative staff and manager. Worst experience of my life staying in this hotel!

We booked this hotel through '' for an overnight stay before flying on to Goa the following day. We chose it because it it was only 5km from the airport. We chose a 'delux' room knowing what Indian 'standard' rooms can be like! We arrived at 2am and found the female receptionist asleep on a bench. Having booked in, we were shown to our room which was very small and basic with no windows. But what shocked us was the filthy state of the bathroom. The washbasin and taps were covered in grime (see photos) with no plug. Both the washbasin and toilet pedalstals were steaked in filth (see photos), so much so that niether of us would take a shower in fear of catching something. We would have normally have walked out of such a discusting place, but due to the lateness of the hour, not knowing the area and lack of transport we had little option but to stay. Breakfast (at extra cost) had to be ordered when you booked in, it was delivered to our room the next morning. My omelette was tissue thin and heavlily curry flavoured, my wife ordered a boiled egg which again was curry flavoured. Neither dishes could we eat. Tne next morning we walked out of the hotel to discover that 100m up the road was a Ramarda Hotel, had we known that we would not of stayed in this horrible hotel.

I was to attend a conference in Hotel Ranaissance & convention center overlooking Vihar lake. So, on "" I searched for a budget hotel that is close by, and found this one. Though I have seen worse hotels in Mumbai, what really put me off is that this hotel had the cheek to place doctored photographs and a list of non-existent facilities on all the travel websites it is listed. At least the travel websites should have been careful to check out such "cheats" before they list such hotels on their web sites. One more terrifying aspect of this hotel is that its corridors are a maze with no windows in sight. So in case of a fire accident, one can kiss his/her life a good bye. Though I booked for 2 nights, I checked out after the 1st night.

We booked 1 night via Expedia since we wanted a hotel close to the airport. They offered a deluxe room for a very good price and as it we had been backpacking and it was our last night we wanted a little luxury The facts and pictures on the website seemed very nice so we booked but oh boy was that a mistake: The hotel is located in the middle of a slum so the management has decided to take advantage of todays technology: the pictures of the area, building and rooms they use on various hotel booking websites have been digitally modified with the best example being the trees, etc. added to the picture (to cover up the piles of garbage, etc. that surround the hotel). They advertise on various websites with lots of features, such as: * Air-conditioned public areas -> they had a fan in the lobby * Airport transportation (complimentary) -> costs 250 rupees * Tours/ticket assistance -> they can arrange a expensive car service with a driver that doesnt speak English * Wireless Internet access complimentary -> no internet connection in the whole hotel * Porter/bellhop -> cleaners took our bags to the room * Smoke-free property -> ashtrays in rooms & the whole building stunk of smoke! *Complimentary toiletries -> no towels or toilet paper in the room We took a taxi from Colaba (South Mumbai). The taxi driver didn't know the hotel but that was not a problem since we had the address. After about 1,5 hours of driving we finally arrived in the neighbourhood and after about 5 stops for directions we finally arrived. We checked in and the "bellboys" (cleaners) took our bags to a room. We asked about the free airport transfer but were told that its not available but he can arrange a driver for 250 rupees. As we had to be at the airport very early we didnt want to take any chances so we had to go with this. The area didnt have much taxis anyway, only riksas. At first we were given the wrong type of room. The new one was exactly the same as the previous one but with a bigger cupboard and the A/C we had paid for. They say to be a smoke free property and all the rooms are suppose to have windows. Well the whole building, part from the lobby, doesn't have windows and both rooms we saw had ashtrays with butts still in them. There was suppose to be complimentary toiletries in the room but there was nothing, we had to even go and ask the reception for toilet paper and towels. The shower broke (fell down from the wall) when my girlfriend tried to take a shower and the sink was not bolted properly to the wall. We had an early flight the next morning so we wanted to check-in online so we would be able to sleep a bit longer. First I tried calling the reception to ask where the "business centre with Internet, printing, and scanning capabilities" was located but the phone didnt work. This also made the advertised 24 hour room service a bit hard to produced haha! So I went downstairs only to be told Sorry sir, we dont have a computer We wanted to visit an amusement park called Fantasy World and asked for a taxi. The manager of the hotel said that he has a driver with an A/C car who speaks great English and we can book him for 4 hours for 1200 rupees (about 20 Euros). For India this was a lot of money but we decided to go for it. When the guy turned up (1 hour late) we noticed that he spoke just a few words of English. As we had clear plans were to go and the places could be pointed out on a map we didnt really care. We sat in the car for over an hour and in this time the driver pulled over half-a-dozen times to either ask or call for directions. Since we booked the car for 4 hours we decided that this is not what we asked for (the trip was suppose to be max. 30 minutes / one way). We told the driver to take us back to the hotel. The drive back took another hour since he got lost a few times. When we got back to the hotel we confronted the manager about the problems with the language and that the driver had no clue where he was going. We demanded for our money back but the manager told us that he cant give us a full refund since he has to pay the driver for petrol. After a very intense discussion we were finally able to get all our money. At this point we decided that enough is enough. There was a 4* Ramada resort across the road and we decided to go there even though it was 4 times more expensive (over 100euros). As there was no internet available we had to make the booking over the phone since it was a fenced resort with guards at the gate and could not be entered without proof of a booking. Upon check-out we were hoping to get an apology but instead we just got employees looking at us and laughing in their own language, not very hard to figure out what they were laughing about As one might read between the lines I would not recommend this hotel even to my worst enemies!
