This hotel is definitely not 3 star as mentioned in your site. The rooms and corridors are unclean and unhygienic. Room service is unresponsive. Overall I am terribly disappointed and 3 star rating is not all justified.

The room allotted was 103 which was in corner becuse of which area was small. The window in the room is attached to the AC. As i switched it on all the dust from outside came in. On seeing outside i could see the entire there was work going on there in hotel and the whole dust and other building materials are dumped there. How could they allot such a room? I felt sick and i suffered from Upper respiratory tract infection. On asking for other room they told all rooms are full. Rest all things were fine.

The hotel staff at receiption as well as room service very hostile nature.practically no room service worth. it is one of the worst hotels i stayed till now.

Firstly, the reason for picking this hotel was for the proximity to my place of work. The hotel isn't maintained well, I was given a tiny room in the far end of the hotel - with absolutely no cell reception and the wifi didn't work the entire time I was there. The technician came and said that the wifi would work only in a particular part of the room. I had numerous calls that I couldn't make because of the cell reception. The shower didn't have hot water. I left the geyser switched on for 1 hour and it barely gave out warm water. The worst was the water that they supply for drinking - the price on the bottle is INR 20 (MRP). They charge INR 54. I know for a fact that it is illegal to charge me more than the MRP. When I asked for the free drinking water, they brought me Aquafina's 500 ml bottles refilled by themselves from the pipe. It tasted horrible. The bedsheets and quilt had holes in them, and the toilets were luckily clean enough to make do with. Please do not book this hotel - considering the price and locality, it's the worst experience I've ever had.

Unprofessional and rude Reception staff. This hotel lacks the basic thing needed to manage a hotel- courtesy of staff. The provided towels had holes in it. In gist, the experience was only Money down the drain.

Stayed at this hotel for one night.. Visited Mumbai for a one day trip. Booked a room at the counter instead of making an online reservation as it wasn't a pre-planned trip. Room was well maintained, quiet and peaceful. Price was a bit on the higher side. Complimentary breakfast and free WiFi were provided. The hotel is very close to the Dadar railway station.

Stay away from the place, stayed with them through my company, Hotel lift is the one you should stay away / rood is shaking / new rooms are good / old rooms are in pathetic condition. Buffet breakfast is to avoid for as well as room service, centrally located in DADAR, so connectivity is excellent.
