Very shabby hotel Very shabby hotel

I didn't expect much but it turned out to be much inferior. Rooms are shabbily draped. No supplies in the bathroom. Towels are dirty. The carpets are old and dirty. The room smelled of dampness. Even the breakfast was below average. Omelette was delivered after bf was over. I am never going to return here. I'm a business traveller and the minimum that I'll expect is neatness and freshness in the hotel with good food.

This Hotel is Centrally located and very near to shopping malls and Railway Station(CSTM).Room service is good. Food is average. You can good communication service to anywhere in Mumbai .It has a nice garden where you can chill out .Rooms are good and spacious. All rooms are air conditioned. It is suitable for business and pleasure trips.

We made a booking for a 4-beds room and we received a confirmation email from the Hotel for the 4-beds room, however upon our arrival at the hotel, we were told that there are no rooms available. We arrived at the hotel at 8am and we were told to wait till noon to find out whether there will be any rooms available. We showed them the confirmation email that we received for the booking but the hotel manager said that we should have called them the day before to re-confirm!! This is just unacceptable. We had to wait for 3 hours to get a room and we only got a double bed room for 4 people. The hotel manager told us that the 4-beds room would be avialable the following day but we were there for almost a week and never got the 4-beds room as it was given to another group of 4 who arrived after us. We had to stay in the double bedroom with an extra mattress and we still had to pay for a double bed and 2 extra persons even though we only had one extra mattress - they couldn't even fit an extra bed in the room as it was too small!! We will never go back to this hotel again as they are liars!!!!

although this hotel is very much near to the business center, railway station, shopping malls, the hotel outlook is good but the lift service is not upto the mark always one or the second lift will not be working and you will not even have the service people to open the door for you nor even they will assist you in handling the luggages to the room they communication is always tough its not pleasant frankly most of the service industry oriented people in mumbai they don't know how to speak to a customer the way they speak its like they are the real owners i really think how the real owners will feel about it the room's are good little bit spacious but no water heater you can comfortably sleep in the bed that is guaranteed for short stay sure its a good pick they have the morning breakfast complimentary where in you will have little selection overall the room is good but others things are just average the wifi is not available in all the floors and its chargable

i was there for allmost one month from july 2nd to 26th july is in the heart of the city,at mumbai central.they serve breakfast,lunch and dinner buffet system,and even you can order but its a bit has a nice garden where you can chill out.rooms are good and service is good.they have pickup and drop to airport.
