Pros - Rooms are very spacious - Decent Hotel Staff Cons - Poor Wifi Connection - Hot Water is Luke Warm. Its not close to even being called Hot water. - The view is terrible from the hotel. Near a metro station and th People walking on the bridge can actually see you from the outside.

Been to Hotel Better Home international and experienced a very adamant and rigid management behavior and one of pathetic customer service. I had booked a banquet hall in their basement 2 for my father's 75th Birthday Celebration wherein I had informed that most of the visiting guest would be senior citizen in the range of 70 plus age. Basis an assurance from the booking person that the lift usage will be allowed to all senior citizens booked the banquet for this special day. To my surprise problems started immediately within the first minute I entered the hotel premises along with my guest. Hotel staff at the reception blatantly asked us not too use lift for basement access which is 2 floor down. When informed them that we have booked the banquet with the assurance that all senior citizens will be allowed to use the lift for banquet access they outrightly refused to oblige and told us that hotel reserves the right to allow or disallow the usage of lift for banquet access. When I complained about such an inhuman behaviour with the person with whom I liaised for booking, that person also told that unless if someone coming on wheelchair they won't allow the guest to use the lift. This is how I had to plead with hotel staff for the lift access on the actual day of my event wherein you left with no other choice than too proceed with lots of uncertainties. The agonies did not stopped here. The staff allocated for the event was not at all professional. There were 2 starters and 3 welcome drinks to be served to the guest. However only one person was doing the serving job for around 100 plus guest count. Being the host of the event I had to run after the hotel management for making the right arrangements but all my efforts were futile. It was like hotel was only concerned with making the things available only on paper so that they able to crack the deal and no serious efforts to offer good service and customer experience on the day of event. Overall I had to concentrate more on the basic arrangements rather than guest and you become completely helpless and hopes for the mercy of the hotel when hotel management shows no signs of good customer experience. Though this hotel is very close by to the Andheri east railway station, I won't recommend this hotel to anyone because of hotel's inhuman behaviour towards their customers and pathetic customer service.

Pros: 1.Good location,very near to Andheri Local and Metro station. 2. Pure vegetarian restaurant and room service available.(absolutely no Alcohol) 3. Daily housekeeping. Cons 1. Single rooms are very small. 2. No fans only AC in room. Can become a little claustrophobic and since I was staying during the Monsoons, there was a feeling of dampness all over. 3. Food is expensive for the quantity and quality served. 4. Staff is not that courteous. 5. Limited visitation rights to guests. Decent for a day or two. Room rates are on the higher side, so look for deals. I suggest not to book the room along with breakfast but take a few minutes and explore the options available outside.

I ordered room for 3 people but only 2 people stayed in the room. So yeah, i can say the room was spacious. I read another review that the room was small and maybe they're right. The hotel location was really close from andheri station. So if you think you're gonna use train to commute in Mumbai, this hotel is a good option. But bear in mind, that this hotel was far from city centre. I'm talking about 2 hours far (maybe not that far in distance, but with traffic jam in Mumbai, it took 2 hours to go to city centre) The breakfast was so-so. They have around 6 menu to offer and you can choose 2 kind of them. Remember that this is 100% vegetarian restaurant, so there's no egg. However, if you order room service, they could serve you a non veg meal if you asked. There's one thing i was disappointed from this hotel tho'. So we were late around 3 hours when we came to this hotel and they already gave our room to someone else. I mean, we already booked and paid our room for 3 nights. Shouldn't this hotel call us first if they want to give our room to someone else? After some talk, they said they'll give us a room. But we have to wait around 4 hours in the lobby. Other than that, i can say we have a pleasant stay in this hotel

The Hotel is just opposite to Andheri Railway Station ,Rooms are clean but also its very small to stay .The food are priced high Over all a comfortable stay for 1 day only .Perfect for Business travellers
