This is probably the worst hotel on this planet .... Staff are bad ... hotel is worst !!! Booked the hotel for a quick wash and change and few hours nap and it turned out to be a nightmare !!! Uneducated filthy staff !!! Please be mindful. Stay at the airport or even railway stations and they are much better . This hotel should and must go down the gallows !!! What a shame on Indian Hospitality..

Scam Scam

Yuck....this place is atrocious. It is filthy and an absolute rip off. Beware of taxi drivers that clearly get a cut for taking trusting tourists to this hell hole. It's a money making scam!! We asked to be taken to a different hotel but the driver took us here and my husband didn't realise until it was too late. We simply wanted a place to freshen up and eat between our train and plane and could have done much better for same money elsewhere or been better off sitting in the airport. We also asked several times for toilet paper but none ever showed up. Useless. Zero out of five. DO NOT stay here!

The only thing I enjoyed about this hotel was the view of the international airport from my room... It actually look like a brothel... Too expensive for the services, dingy lift, I thought I would fall its really a No No!!

Not at all good in any way. We were in two rooms (Rs 3000 each) and our check out time was 6.00 am on 19 the April 2016. We asked for extra two-three hours to check out. One of the manager gave us extra time and told us to vacate one room at 7.30 am and another at 9.00 am. we did accordingly. but another manager joined duties by that time. this manager was so rude in dealing and he did not ready to accept what the other manager told us and forced us to pay extra 1000.00 Rs. In our two night stay we noticed room service very poor, TV remote of one room not working, AC temperature could not regulate, we ordered a dish which was served to another room by mistake, drinking water problem which they give in old bottles but no in jug.

The manager are chors(thief) in this hotel.by mistake if you sleep and stay extra 2 hours in this hotel they charge you full day amount. I might have went to police against this hotel. But I had to catch international flight.so I did not do more argument with this guys. I am going to attach the amount I paid to them. there is no intercom facility. If you need something you have to go out of room to get it. be careful with this hotel.
