Rooms next to the Lift have too much disturbance...spcecially Room 401....due to heavy personnel traffic. Should reduce that flow of traffic.

Room had not been dusted and cleaned for a long time. Towels were dirty. Overall, unclean settings. Employees were nice, couteous and efficient.

The hotel is recommended. It is good value for money for budget travelers in a city like Mumbai. Its location is excellent - off the western express highway but walking distance from Vakola flyover, walkable to Santacruz railway station, less than Rs 20 by auto from airport. Rooms are nice and not small and cramped. Morning tea by room service was efficient. Housekeeping supervisor looked to be a very stern and nonsense lady ensuring clean rooms. Watchman was also ever saluting. Receptionist was sour and grumpy. Drinks at the adjoining bar and restaurant were well served - came with complimentary papad, salad, peanuts and channa. Food not tried. As rated earlier by another traveller, do not opt for 401 - staff passage, lift noise and no water pressure in toilet.

Dingy room Dingy room

For anyone staying in the standard room, note that this room is in the annexe, or adjoining building from the main hotel. The website says that the standard rooms " are comfortably furnished and offers an enhanced level of service" but this was hardly the case. The annexe does not have any security or person manning the entrance. Anyone from the street can enter the building. My room had mosquitoes, no toilet paper, no hot water, no peep hole. This is the type of room where you would have said to yourself that you should have brought your own bath towels, for the towels looked like they were begging for bleach. The bathroom was equipped with a wet bath , ie no distinct shower area, and some toiletries. There was an overhead fan and a noisy, water- dripping, wall mounted AC unit. There were 2 bottles of water and a plastic jug, but no kettle, just the basics. In this room, I could hear my neighbor's TV and phone ring, as well as the coming and goings of the other tenants, and the cooking noises that were going on outside. The room was overall dingy. One star. A nice cleaning lady helped me unlock my door ( a regular key is used). The breakfast buffet lacked variety and the coffee was instant and weak. Be sure to order the Masala omelet as it is not available at the buffet. The restaurant for lunch and dinner called the Golden Wave offered decent food. Wi-Fi was included and reliable.

We have been there for my cousin's birthday celebration. we really enjoyed our stay.This is my favourite Hotel in Mumbai. My stay here has always been good the staff.close to airport with proximity to local train and all other stuff.

Its very close to the Airport,The front office staff's were so courteous and the room service were very good and kind to the guests. all All the staff were very attentive..Rooms are very spacious,clean,neat and tidy.Regarding food i must tell that Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner of Veg and Non Veg food was very delicious and the food quality is also very goodand hygienic Overall its worth for the money we spend during our staying and wish to stay in the same hotel during my future visits to Mumbai.- Maharajan

I was impressed with this Property . Their Front office staff is nice , Helpful , Rooms are quite spacious , Location is very decent . In fact walkable distance from the main road where Reliance office is situated . I tasted food in their restaurant which was nice . Checkin & Checkout was smooth & Quick . As an area of Improvement I would suggest for Breakfast spread which I felt not up to the mark . They need to have more varieties . Nothing wrong in what they served but yes it can be made better Tea is something which I liked the best in their F& B services . My special thanks to FnB team & the cook who Prepares it . It has a different Taste . I loved it

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, in its executive/superior room (booked via OYO rooms). The hotel is located at Prabhat colony road which is very near to the Western express highway (2 mins drive) and the Domestic Airport (3 kms). The rooms and bath rooms are well designed, maintained clean and tidy. We were also satisfied with the room service and the personnel at reception were also there to help us whenever required. Regarding the complimentary breakfast, we had delicious dishes at the banquet hall which has a great ambience, though we had limited options. The restaurant can add more dishes to its breakfast menu. You need not go far in search of restaurants/bars. The restaurant and bar (Golden wave) are well maintained and we had a variety of cuisines from there. The only hurdle that we had to jump over was that, at the time of check-in, the reception personnel told us that we havent booked any rooms with them, though we booked the rooms and made pre-payment with OYO rooms. We had to confront with the rude attitude of the guy at reception named JOE for this issue. But we called up the OYO customer care and handed over the phone to another guy Mr. Raveendran at the reception and we could learn that, though we made online payment, our booking was not intimated by OYO with this hotel. Both Raveendran and one Iqbal at the reception were always pleased to render assistance at our call. All those who book via OYO, make it a point to get your booking confirmed with the OYO customer care, as the contact details of the hotel is provided only at the last minute.
