This hotel is only good if you need a place to sleep and nothing else! Here are the benefits: -close to Sakinaka metro station -hot water, towel, soap, TV, a/c -cheap only 1300 Bad things: -cockroaches.. peeling paint -noisy area -to make a copy of your passport, they have to leave the building... Didn't feel secure with that -i saw the front desk unmanned with the book of all your personal information it... Risky. That should be manned or locke up -to hold your luggage for the afternoon, they wanted to charge me a full fare, saying there wasn't room... But the hotel employees or workers couldn't keep it in their room or they couldn't keep it at the front desk?

Stayed here for a week, though owner seem to be cooperative however the staff's behavior was arrogant. Even the basic amenities were to be reminded and wasn't there any! though committed but breakfast wasn't provided. Very small rooms without any ventilation. Manageable as only purpose was to sleep after hectic office hours.

location is unsafe and terrible but near to is just 8ft by 8 ft in which 3ft by 3ft toilet is included.bed size is 5ft by 4 ft. one can not feel safe in this hotel.outside is uncleaned and very bat atmosphere.staffs behavior is rude and always in a trial to extract more money from towel,no toiletries,a/c is not working although booked ac room.the toilet is unsafe as outside access is there.

Despite the horrible reviews, I decided to give the hotel a go, mostly for the price. I think they really took the other reviews to heart; the staff were very friendly with me, asking about what I was doing in Mumbai, etc. There were some mosquitoes in my room, but bug spray from the staff seemed to take care of them. For a very low price I had kind staff, a very comfortable bed, and one of the cheapest room service menus I've ever seen. Especially for the price, it's a great place to spend for a couple nights- not far from the airport, either!

Room basic but fine. Man on desk was too busy playing pool on his computer to even look at us when we were attempting to check in. Just rude. Not the kind of hospitality you normally get in India. It's a shame they don't seem to want to improve on their already terrible reviews. Thankfully for me I was only there for a few hours nap before a flight. Wouldn't give them the custom again though.
