They kept their promise to pick me at 1.30am on that day and I thank them. But they could not make arrangement for dropping, may be because I am an outgoing customer.

Location was very nice near the hotel. Rooms were good with all the basic facilities. Hotel has restaurant were I had my food it was nice in taste but it was very expensive. Staffs were very efficient and always ready for any help.

You cannot expect Hotel Imperial Palace to keep their promises. Even after repeatedly assuring us that they will pick us up at the airport, they did not. When I called them from the airport, they asked me to take a taxi on my own! Therefore, do not give any value to the promises they make or the assurances they give!

The restaurant in the hotel serves good food. Had a good stay at the hotel. Staff are efficient and quick, being there whenever I called them. There was leakage of water in the door of the room, other things are fine in the room.

Booking was quick and so was the room given during check in. Service is little poor. Running hot water promised during check in was not there. Even after complain it was not rectified. so do check before.

Worst staff , worst service,worst rooms and very rude big mostache receptionist. Dont even think about this hotel . Leakage from upper bathroom in my bathroom its like sitting on the pot and have shower...........

Wrongly booked, read reviews after booking It is very smelly, very old , NOT for stay. No one can stay after visiting this hotel. It's WORST than any village DHARAMSHALA. Now I booked another hotel , will shift tomorrow morning, Rs.2500 gone in vein.passing night with holding my head.

I stayed for 4 night. only good thing is it is near local and metro station, Other wise tiny room without any window, food is too bad we tried one evening and decide no to touch any more, bathroom are dirty a, tap leak aging, spider are roaming around. i will suggest if you are with your family never tries and if alone and want to near by local station then for a night stay you may be . No wifi wroks as they calin on website, they will not accept card also so be aware

Where do I start from? The staff is rude especially the lady at the reception. Room smelled really really really bad. The floor was sticky and it seemed like they hadn't dusted the room since last ice age. The bedsheets smelled and had a LOT of stains and the towel was soo smelly that you would start to smell after you use it after you bathe. No water in the bathroom, you'll have to call multiple times to make them do anything to help you out. The room service menu is provided but the rates would remind you of your stay in a five star hotel. I wouldn't suggest this hotel to my worst enemies.
