the location not very good ,but near the airport, the rooms ok, the breakfast good, there is restaurant and bar,serving a la carte food , the menu good,there is even a banquet hall, the staff is pretty good , the service prompt

It has been quite some time when I was there, spent 3 nights in the room and trust me this is absolutely not the place you would like to stay in mumbai. The only positive side was the size of the rooms and size of the the bath tub. It was raining then and the water crept in till the reception area. Pathetic in-house food and charges for everything are simply mammoth. Avoid it if you can.

I had been to this hotel long back as part of 31st night celebration with friends. Party was in Ball room and music was good. We had a very nice evening and had great time. DJ also put on our request choice number. Hotel is located to close proximity to airport and Metro station is next to it. Travelling is now easy from the hotel.

The Property is Good and Very Bad Management and Everyone is asking for Tips if they Move around. The Tariff Published is Fake as we asked for the low rate they Gave it. We stayed there for 4 Nights and we had a Bad Experience. The Manager of the Resort even to the Guest for Asking the Wifi password. Please dont see the published tariff Bargain for the Tariff You Need tehy will Give.Food is Very average and Highly Priced.Property is near to the Airport Thats the Only Benifit.Totally a Bad Experience.

If I could give this hotel less than one star I would, we were brought here after having missed our flight home and need of sleep. We were told by the taxi driver who is definitely working with the hotel owner that this is a 3 star hotel which turned out to be a lie. Anyway we paid for the night, (we actually found a real 3 star hotel for the same price the next day) got to our room which was exceptionally dirty and had stained sheets, a funny smell and a complimentary rat which we spotted scurrying around the next morning. Everything is dingy and dirty about this hotel, Avoid it at all costs!!! There are much better alternatives for exactly the same price or even cheaper all around, The Regency being the one we chose the next day, which is only 700m down the road
