Hotel was also under construction. They never used to keep the A/c switch on I have to always call them to switch on the A/C which wasn't good experience in that hotel.

The location was ok near the hotel. Rooms were good with comfortable bed. The lunch and dinner was very good in taste but the breakfast needs to be improved it was just average in taste. Staffs were very quick and co-operative in their work.

As soon as I entered the room the bed sheet and piilow cover was dirty. The a/c was not working, remote of the TV was also not working. Couple of lights were not working in the room. The service was good & the food was very fine in taste otherwise..

On my arrival here i was provided with a horrible room. It was very old, the plaster was falling out. Even outside the balcony the view was that of a junkyard. On complaining severely my room was changed to a better one. Apart from this instance i had a decent stay here. The management sounded friendly, there were no complaints about the food quality either. I think property wise this is not well maintained but service provision wise is a good place.

This is a decent property. On our arrival in mumbai at 8.30am, the management couldn't offer us an airport transfer as they did so only after 12 in the afternoon. Apart from this there were no complaints. Our room was of good quality, even the room service were prompt. Also the food served was value for money. We would say its an above average property.

I am from travel trade and my advice to everyone will be to not stay here, accidentally I am still staying here as my company has booked my complete stay here. PLEASE DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL EVEN, IF ITS FREE 1. Bad condition of rooms 2. Super sad, pathetic, terrible, horrible, breakfast 3. Average food 4. TV not available throughout the stay 5. Slow service 6. Bad towels 7. Poorly maintained washrooms 8. Shady approach 9. Disturbing surroundings 10. To many denial of service by room service team

I would not recommend this place to any one, just because this is situated at the prime location you cannot be irresponsible and run away from giving service to your customers after taking payments. They are simply en cashing on the location without giving proper service or justified service for the amount you pay them. They have queen size beds with hard mattresses and you will get up with pain in your back. Their bathroom are with new looking tiles but with outdated fitting, shower is situated in the centre of the bathroom, when you take a bath the entire washroom becomes wet including the WC Half the time their internet or TV is not working due to weather problems or the cable guys problem, where as today's time you have fast internet and DTH available they are still dependent on outsourcing things and if any one is not working, then its customer problem pls live with it as hotel management has nothing to do with it. You book a room for 2 people but wifi is given for 1 person, these are sudden surprise you will get once you check in as they are not mentioned on their website. when you complain this is unfair the only answer you will get from front desk people is it's a management decision and we cannot do anything If you don't want to spoil your holiday or business trip then please don't book this place. I would recommend the hotel management to stay at Ramee Guestline at Juhu or Hotel Suncity Apollo as they are available at the same price and see the difference what rooms sizes and the comfortable modern beds they have, the way bathrooms are done, and the most important the lavish breakfast they offer every morning. It's worth every penny you spend at these places.

Flying into Mumbai from pristine Singapore always bound to be a shocker - and it sure was. Shadow City I called it because of the ever present shroud of greyness that cloaked the entire city. The traffic !!!! Well I've been to India before but a lot of years ago and the increase in traffic is totally mind boggling and at this hotel one could hear it all and all night through despite a/c noise and earplugs. When the traffic noise subsided slightly there were other noises from within the hotel, like hammer banging maybe general repairs around 1 am, doors banging, voices etc. Bathroom was just barely tolerable but the worst was my bedspread was stained and dirty - YUK We did have some good service but overall didn't feel comfortable.

Overall, this was very disappointing . I would never recommend a girl to stay there. Infact when I was noting down my details in the book I could see that all the guests there were male. Did not see an entry for a Female guest in the recent list. 2. The staff was not at all friendly. Infact they were acting weird. 3. The room was very dirty. 4. The room given to me was right in front of this bar cum restaurant with live music playing. This was too loud and I could hear it in my room. I asked them if they could give me a different room and they denied. 5. The room was full of mosquitoes. 6. The bathroom windows had mesh which had gone bad 7. The bedspread and the quilt was dirty too 8. The AC was really old and was not working well. It was very loud. I could not just sleep all night.

The worst Hotel I ever stayed.. I booked this hotel because of it's location, and it was mistake.. Pros:Location ,at the heart of hill road. Cons: They had empty rooms but they kept us waiting for 25 minutes and reception area. No-one had any courtesy to offer us water! One guy at reception told to go to restaurant at first floor, we went there and it was closed.Guys at Reception are not aware about timings of their own restaurant! We were traveling with my two year old daughter.We were not given room and she was hungry.We asked at restaurant to give some rice and dal in a small Bowl(katori). And they sent us full Rice and Dalfry with Bill.We said we are not planing to eat here we just want small bowl of rice and dal for kid.The Rude guy sitting at reception rudely told us " complimentary kuch nahi hota sab ka paisa lagata hai" We were given a very small room on 5th floor.They kept us waiting for 25 minutes still room was dirty, dustbins were full,toilet was dirty. That Rice and Dal fry which was forced on us,we eat that in room.We were going out and told at reception that Clearing karava dena"....When we came back after 5 hours those dirty dishes were in room only and room was stinking badly.I called up to room service and asked to do clearing.Some waiter came took out dishes, I asked him to clean the floor and spray some room freshener. And he replied "sab, room din mai ek hi bar saf hoti hai"...I had to call reception to get my room cleaned. They give two 500ml water bottle, and when you are done with those two bottles, you have to buy water bottle from them. Rs 50 for a 500 ml water bottle! They will not give you normal water, you have to buy water from them!! Rooms are very small, ACs are very old and noisy, Rooms are always dirty so there are many mosquitoes!.This hotel is at the heart of Hill Road and doors are not sound proof. so Heavy noise of vehicles and horns will not let you sleep!. They have a rooftop restaurant with open air sitting arrangement! with hookah bar and normal Bar.which is open till 2am. Groups of people hang out here for their drinks and hookah and this noise will also not let you sleep!. Guys at reception desk, waiters, lift-man, security guard all are rude, they dont have any sense how to talk with guest! We checked out at 9am and asked reception guys to keep our luggage at some safe place as we wanted to go to visit Bandstand and Mount marry! When we came back our luggage was lying at parking are out of hotel's gate I travel a lot and I stayed in many hotels but Hotel Metro palace, Bandra, Mumbai is the worst hotel I ever stayed in.. Please please Avoid this!!!
