The ambience of the location ofthe hotel is not good. The tariff is high compared similar hotels in that area. Overall the living was good.

The treatment given for online booking people like me is horrible. They first made me stay in Room no. 118 which was not at all worth of what i paid for, the AC was so making so loud sound that it gave me a headache, no hsopitality of sevring the bare minimum towels soaps & shampoo.( shampoo never provided). then on my request i was shifted to other room, room no. 111, which too was very horible, was stinking so much that had to request a room spray. The food was damn costly and even the laundry services. A cold drink 300ml costed me Rs.45 three times the original MRP. The next night of my stay there was a problem of wifi, evrywhr it was working except wifi 3, i requested for the rectification there was rude reply that " sab jagah yeh problem hai kuch nh kar sakte" where as there wasnt any trouble as such. They call themselves a 3 star but i would rate them not even a 0 star. Im a marketing person, i keep visitng evryy city , this is the worst hotel at the said price i have ever seen. never would recommend anybody to stay at this hotel...

Since we were unhappy with the hotel they immediately changed our room, which was slightly better, but still not quite "up to the mark". We say this, because we ourselves travel a great deal all over India, and outside India. When we went to their restaurant called "Ambrosia" within the stipulated time (8am to 10.30am), we realized there were NO NAME BOARDS on any item. So, we had to guess what was available. Also, we didn't see any cereal or fruit juice. There was cut fruit available on the counter. The breakfast on Friday 24th morning was Aloo Parathas and sandwiches with the same potato filling, but coated in gram flour and deep fried. The hot milk urn had no name board. So, one had to check by opening the tap at the bottom of the urn, and let a few drops out. On the left side was hot milk, the other side was probably readymade tea. Then, there were tea cups, but NO saucers! If they don't want to put saucers, then they should use regular tea/coffee mugs. (There was a couple from Malaysia also at the hotel, and they were checking out that morning.) We did not have the luxury of "eggs to order". The second day, Saturday, there was no milk left in the urn. Four Chinese young gentlemen were also eating breakfast. We, had to wait twenty minutes for hot milk. I even went into the kitchen (which is not too clean) to ask about the milk. Then, some genius of a steward decided to keep that urn on the side counter, near the entrance of Ambrosia, and pour out four drinking glasses of milk. He took it to the table where these boys from Beijing were seated. They could not add any coffee powder or sugar. The glasses were that full. My husband and I were still waiting for the milk. When I asked, the same steward told me the urn was on the other side! Was that the buffet breakfast counter? Why was the urn kept there? I asked him to bring it to its proper place. On Sunday, there was no buffet. But, the steward said we could order from the menu. The omlette arrived dripping in oil. I had to use two paper tissue to dab the oil off, before eating. And then, we asked for toast, which they brought. So, why wasn't toast offered to us on the previous two days? Why was one loaf of bread just kept there, in its original packing (but opened on one side)? Who trains these people in their respective jobs? In the rooms, we had to remind the boys that we are two people, so we need two towels. Only bath towels are available. No hand towels. Then, I had to remind them to please fill the flask with drinking water. Then, I had to again remind them that we need two drinking glasses. The bathroom of the first room (204) was so tiny and dark. The bathroom in the second room (219) was a little better. But, after one had a shower, or even a bucket bath, the entire floor of the bathroom was wet, as the water splashes all over. So, if one has to use the toilet even an hour later, the floor is still wet!

Please do not waste your money. Only in pictures it's look like a hotel but when visit the hotel you see the real face of this. And prize are like 3 star, but I think it's not even one star hotel category. When I reach at the reception they are have there dinner in front of the desk. Untrained staff. And the linen is almost in last stage. No water bottles in the room

A pathetic experience A pathetic experience

by haiderrizvi70 on January 17, 2017

worst ever experience of a hotel in my life. Shabby hotel , pathetic staff, poorest food quality. Dirty room. Remote of ac and tv not working and on contacting reception was told that tell which chanel you want to see and what temperature of ac u need we will set it by remote from some other room. On asking for towel reply was it will be given the next day morning as we will take bath only in the morning. We checked in at 10PM. Had booked this hotel as one of the travel site had given it a star rate property. Made a point that will never believe ratings of that site. In the morning asked for 2 cups of tea at 7:30 am but that did not come till 9:45 and then checked out.

Terrible rooms Terrible rooms

by navyaaz K on December 12, 2016

The rooms were very small compared to the prices they quoted. The walls was smelly and the room was noisy. Inspite of asking for a room change it was not done. Website images are deceiving. Never ever stay there.

"Economically worth spending"

by Pragneshkumar3p on November 18, 2016

We stayed from 1st Nov to 3rd Nov in room 112. As far as amenities are concerned, the room was equipped with TV, Hot water, Double bed and storage area. The room was located on the first floor, staffs are co-operative and smiling. It was not like three or two star hotel but worth staying while the season was high. We paid nearly 1800 per night from TravelGuru for a deluxe room. Only concerned - you need to take auto or taxi to go near station or juhu. hotel is bit far from the station. they take nearly 30 rupees or sometime 18 rupees. Overall, we just slept in the room as we went mumbai to travel. In the end, worth staying! Make sure it is clean and tidy.
