we were 5 people stayed there. We had already done d advance booking for 2 rooms. But wen we reached there, it took them 1 hr to get the second room ready. On the top of dat, the only room they provided us on our arrival has a broken water pipe. In d second room the drainage was blocked. Bad experience
I was not satisfied with both 'the hotel' & 'the services provided'. as promised a complimentary internet connection was not provided but hotel staff were showing their helplessness. Nobody bothered even to give a newspaper in the morning. To sum it up I had a bitter experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anybody else.
If you are looking for a reasonable place to sleep and care about your pocket, this is good place. Otherwise look for some better one.
I stayed in Milan International for 2 nights in November 2011. This is a budget hotel with very basic amenities. Location: The Hotel is located near Milan subway and is close to highway. Therefore access is good. However to get a auto rickshaw or Taxi one needs to walk around 400 meters. There is a small shopping center (Milan Mall) around 600 meters from the Hotel. There are no good restaurants near by. Front desk: The staff is ok. Though it seems that few people are bit absent minded. There are very few English speaking staff. Room: The room has very basic amenities. During my stay everything was ok in terms of room amenities. Cleanliness is below average. Food: The food items are very few but the quality is ok. There are also no good restaurants near by. Other important consideration: One hears strong sound of aircraft landing and taking off once every 15-20 minutes (as it is close to airport). Therefore for some people it can cause big sleep problems. The hotel also has a small internet cafe which was quite useful to me. (charges are INR 50 for 30 mins). Overall: The experience was ok, considering the price of the hotel.
It is a good budget hotel to stay near the airport and station. The resturent menu is too small to cater the needs of travellers. The cleanliness is average to good for this kind of budget.

If I could find one good thing to say about this hotel, I would've given it a 2 rating. But there was none. It's a seedy hotel, with cracked walls, creaky furniture, stained upholstery and thank God they forgot to give me a towel (also, drinking water and soap) because I might have felt even more repulsed than what I already was. Having read up to here, please check their website now. The dazzling pictures and the 3 star rating they got are all fake. Firstly, and you can verify this on Google map, the hotel is in a dingy lane beside one of the busiest suburban rail lines in the world and under within 500m of the runway of one of the busiest airports in the world. So anyone going from Andheri to Addis Ababa will keep you awake whole night. There is no sleeping in this hotel. They charged me Rs 7000/- a night (you read it correct) and I had to bargain to include breakfast at that price! They charged for 2 bottles of Mineral Water (70/- instead of 40/-), there was no towel or soap in the toilet, so I couldn't have a bath, the staff wore uniforms but totally untrained and the wi-fi they advertised in the website was only in the common lobby. There were cockroaches everywhere, bed and table, sharing the night with you. I don't have a problem with seedy cheap hotels. I have a problem with misrepresentation and overcharging. All websites (I did mine through booking.com) including tripadvisor which gives them a 3-star rating, please do a visit yourself and see how your own credibility is at stake for fakers like this hotel.
worst ever experience of a hotel in my life. Shabby hotel , pathetic staff, poorest food quality. Dirty room. Remote of ac and tv not working and on contacting reception was told that tell which chanel you want to see and what temperature of ac u need we will set it by remote from some other room. On asking for towel reply was it will be given the next day morning as we will take bath only in the morning. We checked in at 10PM. Had booked this hotel as one of the travel site had given it a star rate property. Made a point that will never believe ratings of that site. In the morning asked for 2 cups of tea at 7:30 am but that did not come till 9:45 and then checked out.
The rooms were very small compared to the prices they quoted. The walls was smelly and the room was noisy. Inspite of asking for a room change it was not done. Website images are deceiving. Never ever stay there.
We stayed from 1st Nov to 3rd Nov in room 112. As far as amenities are concerned, the room was equipped with TV, Hot water, Double bed and storage area. The room was located on the first floor, staffs are co-operative and smiling. It was not like three or two star hotel but worth staying while the season was high. We paid nearly 1800 per night from TravelGuru for a deluxe room. Only concerned - you need to take auto or taxi to go near station or juhu. hotel is bit far from the station. they take nearly 30 rupees or sometime 18 rupees. Overall, we just slept in the room as we went mumbai to travel. In the end, worth staying! Make sure it is clean and tidy.
This place is so bad, we left after 20 minutes. Room was dirty and made me itch, the toilet seat was falling off, the sink was yellowish, the shower looked like you would contract legionnaires disease if used and the door looked like it had been kicked off of its hinges and stuck back in place with concrete around the edges. The front desk staff were unhelpful and didn't give no explanation of where anything was, and even worse is the location, no where near anything of sight seeing interest.
