The hotel is reasonable priced and staff are courteous and helpful. The hotel seems to have completed earlier this year so everything is still brand new. I stayed in a standard room. The rooms are decent size and well decorated.

Hotel was good, but not worth for the money paid. Standard Double Room was ok with basic facilities. Food was average, the seating arrangement was not good in the restaurant. Service was good. Location was also okay. Overall, not worth for the price.

I will recommend this hotel to anyone. Conveniently located in Andheri West, it has walking access to: shopping mall, cinema, a dozen upper-class pubs and autorickshaws. Note that the main road around it gets heavy traffic during peak time. It is adjacent to 3 residential skyscrapers, hence the area is clean and respected. The hotel is always clean, and staff always available for support. Room was comfy but the bathroom was rather low class. The restaurant menu/drinks was on the expensive side, I preferred to eat outside. Breakfast is a limited a la carte menu. Wifi is free. One the negative side, I had a poor welcome. 1 week before landing, I informed them I am a foreign tourist landing early morning and I was hoping I will get a comfy welcome. However I was made to wait for 3 hours to get a check in at 11am, and I had to bargain to get a free breakfast. On the positive side, on my check out day, there was riots going on in Mumbai, and the hotel kindly offered me to stay in my room until the night when things gets better. I will definitely consider going again.

Excellent Property very well located and hygiene maintained. The staff has been very decent and very much responsive. Food quality and taste have been consistent. Worth a visit again and highly appreciated. Will surely recommend to my friends and colleagues.

Excellent property very well located hygienic n clean staff well mannered decent n well behaved food quality excellent value for money good for small get togethers .well situated nearby Lokhandwala complex n extremely reasonably menu...with good n LOVELY decore n well maintained..the interiors r very sober..feel good ..can b reapeted quite often.

The staff was very courteous and helpful... we as a couple our very fussy abt the cleanliness factors to which we didint have any problems at all .. the location was best suited for us as it's not to far from the airport .. it's good value for money highly recommended.. maza aagaya

I had booked Hotel Orritel through booking.com via a friend's recommendation. They charged me Rs. 4,500+ per night (inclusive of all taxes). This rate is too too high compared to what other similar hotel offers. It is a dated hotel with tiny rooms and a tiny bathroom (you cannot even wash your hands in the micro-washbasin provided). My strong guess is that the charges are high only due to the location as this hotel is surrounded by happening places (pubs and restaurants and a mall just close by). Upon check-in at the reception, I was asked to pay the full amount for 4 nights, which was quite surprising compared to how other hotels operate. Probably they know that guests do not continue their stay here and therefore it is better to take full payment in advance. However, I paid Rs.10,000 as advance after negotiations. I was asked to wait as the room was not yet ready (even at 15:00 hours); and after a few phone calls from the reception, I was asked to proceed to the room. Once in the room, I was shocked to see that the housekeeping was still doing my room. The beds were being done, the floor was in the process of cleaning and the bathrooms were not done. I was given a chair to sit in the common area till they clean the room. This was unbelievable and unbecoming of any hotel that is supposed to provide decent service to its guests after charging a bomb. However, special mention has to be made for all the staff as they were professionally behaved right from the reception area to the room service and housekeeping and further on (except for the confusion that happened during check-in). 5-stars to the professionalism and attitude of the staff at this hotel (including the security guard). The in-room dining was pathetic and I regret my decision of placing an order. The chicken sandwich was way below any standards and its tasted awful. The breakfast was another disaster. Corn-flakes, 'only' cut-watermelon as fruit, canned fruit juice and upma/aloo porotha/dosa on each of the three mornings. The management should really look into improving the standards of this hotel with respect to the general upkeep, maintenance/upgrade of the property and its restaurant. Otherwise, you may soon lose on your only asset - your staff. It is only because of the attitude of the staff that I am giving an "Average" rating. Else I would have rated this "Poor". Will definitely not stay here in future.
