The hotel is reasonable priced and staff are courteous and helpful. The hotel seems to have completed earlier this year so everything is still brand new. I stayed in a standard room. The rooms are decent size and well decorated.

This Hotel doesn't deserve the charges I paid. Except the location, it is simply worse Hotel I have ever stayed at this Price.

Hotel was good, but not worth for the money paid. Standard Double Room was ok with basic facilities. Food was average, the seating arrangement was not good in the restaurant. Service was good. Location was also okay. Overall, not worth for the price.

Visited Mumbai on a Business trip and booked a room at Orritel.. Superb reception.. lively ambience and surprise of Surprise.. got a free upgrade from a double room to a lovely roof top Verve Suite.. Very well maintained and decent staff. Great food at restaurant.. Had a great stay ..

I had stayed in this hotel for a night. The best part of this hotel is its location. It is in a lane opposite Infinity Mall. So getting a taxi is very easy. Since you are at walking distance from Infinity Mall, after day's work, you can move around in the mall and buy something for your family. Room service is very good. Rooms are clean. I have stayed in many such budget hotels in Mumbai, but I found this hotel to be better.

The hotel is located opposite Infinity Mall in Lokhandwala. Great location for the western suburbs. Ideal for business travellers and those who want a comfortable place to crash after a long days work. Breakfast is just okay. Hotels has laundry amenities.

Travelling offers us immense opportunities to explore, understand and adapt to varying cultures. So, during our recent visit to Mumbai, our stay at Orritel West taught me a few things......Never expect big, spacious rooms in a city that is cramped up for space. The room we got was a clean, comfortable and no-nonsense one with an a/c and a clean bathroom. What was really very appealing was the polite, efficient and prompt service....be it the front desk, the room service or housekeeping. In keeping with the city's image, the room was free of frills n fancies and served its purpose aptly. Unlike many other places I've been to, where you keep calling the housekeeping and either your phone calls go unanswered or your request goes unattended, here it was really good to see that service was what the hotel cared about. A phone call for tea and the tea would be in your room within the next 10 minutes, queries about breakfast options were very forthright and no false promises made to prepare whatever the customer wanted. As our flight was a late evening one, we requested the front desk to extend our check out time by a couple of hours, to which they replied that they would check the reservations and if none were made, they would surely let us extend our check out time. No false promises made whatsoever. The whole experience of staying in this place was so tension free and hassle free that I would certainly recommend it to other travellers.
