This is an average property. There were no complaints with the management. My room was decent, the room service were brisk. The food too met my needs. A basic stay overall.

This is an underdog, really working hard to make it big. They have free Airport pickups, pool & a gym at Rs 200, the staff works really hard to keep the customer satisfied. Located in a super location, some of the most happening places in walking distance. Stayed here for a night, would totally recommend it.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, our stay was quite comfortable. Hotel provided airport pickup; driver was already waiting in airport by the time we arrived. Rooms are bit worn out but were clean and spacious. Hotel breakfast was delicious and had ample choice in Indian cuisine. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. We had requested late checkout; reception staff and manager agreed without any fuss and did everything in their capacity to make our checkout experience pleasant. I would really recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai

This hotel is a quiet oasis amid the hustle and bustle of Mumbai despite being so close to a busy railway station and market area. This was our third visit for an overnight stay after arriving from U.K. before moving on to Pune. Reliable airport transfers, good food, clean comfortable bedrooms and outstanding service all make this the ideal accommodation when visiting Mumbai. Thank you again.

We recently stayed at the Regal Enclave and were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff right through the entire hotel. Our hotel transfers were prompt, Check in and Check out seamless and the cleanliness of our room and the hotel was exemplary. Even the General Manager Mr. Mervyn Fernandes made us feel very welcomed. We would highly recommend Shailee from the front desk as an outstanding ambassador of this hotel.
