This is an average property. There were no complaints with the management. My room was decent, the room service were brisk. The food too met my needs. A basic stay overall.

We have stayed in many 4/5 star hotels but have never experienced the level of service and attention to detail as we did from the staff at this hotel. The excellent service was given by all members of staff right from the cleaners,waiters, the front of house staff etc.,they also provide free airport transfer and even though our flight was delayed by 4hrs they had tracked the flight and the driver was waiting promptly at the airport.The restuarant had some amazing foods specially Chicken sagwalla! which is to die for,and if you are an art lover there are some fab paintings,finally thankyou to Sailee and Maria for making our stay a memorable,one the hotel regal enclave will be our 1st choice next time we are in Mumbai

This was my sixth visit at Regal Enclave. The staff are very professional, friendly and go out of their way to help. The rooms are clean, food is great and hospitality exceptional. I travel to Mumbai every year in December and it's no surprise I book my stay at this hotel. The airport pick up and drop service is really useful and takes the stress out of my holiday. For the price, location and service standards this hotel gets a thumbs up from me.

It was an amazing experience with Regal Enclave, wonderful hospitality and beautiful rooms. The staff was very cooperative and prompt service, neat and clean rooms. Overall great experience and we had wonderful wedding celebration. The food and breakfast was also very nice and variety of dishes were served hot and fresh.

Hotel provided free airport pickup for which we were grateful. The driver had a great attitude and was informative about what's been happening in the area. Check-in staff were nice and the process went smoothly. Our room was small, old and had a very strong smell of smoke combined with air freshener sprayed to mask it. I rarely complain but by the end of the evening with an ever increasing headache and sinus issues (due to smell), I informed reception about the smell and to their credit they decided to shift us. This room was modern but was just a closed shell. Their buffet breakfast was nice, with the hotel owner present during service to see service went smoothly. We had dinner at their restaurant multiple times, it was good Indian food. The hotel location is great, close to public transport and walking distance to Linking Road, and only a short trip via rickshaw to Pali Hill, Juhu Beach, Mount Mary Basilica. But the claustrophobic nature of our room got to me and I decided to check us out 2 days earlier. I would think twice about staying at this hotel again based on my experience with the rooms. The positives would be the location and customer service levels.

I stayed here for 7 days, rooms are good , clean, washroom is compact , room service is good but house keeping's and some morning shift's reception's staff attitude is rude and unpleasant.However, evening staff at reception is cooperative. Room is provided with double bed,bedding,2 chairs, 2 tables , 1 TV with more than 500 channels ,Tea+Coffee kit+ Electric kettle,toileteries include dental kit+soaps+shaving kit+towels+mat,Allout m/c ,well lit rooms,AC,Refrigerator,Mineral Water bottles,Newspaper,Laundary (chargeable), Chocolates (for continued stay) , free Airport transfers,complementary b/f.
