I stayed here in February 2017, as a last minute change to a goofed up reservation. It ia a small budget hotel and some of the single rooms are really small. However, with some coaxing they gave me the triple room which was quite nice. A nice double bed plus a single bed, a good sized bathroom. Very recommended for families. Staff is friendly. Service is good. Restaurants are available close by. The metro station is within 100 yards and the Peninsula grand next door offers a good coffee shop and bar. We were going to the Mumbai Exhibition Centre in Goregaon and the Metro connectivity to Andheri and taxi from there worked quite well. OK place to stay in a small budget.

hotel is very bed.no words to say how bad this hotel.everything was fail.i was booked a hotel from make my trip.room was very small.they can not provide tea in breakfast.hotel manager and receptionist speech not like hotelier.staff is not very good.if this hotel will provide free room then also i will not stay here again.

Stayed there for 4 days and noted: - No breakfast options (did not have half of the time) - Lot of Mosquitoes, smell (alcho..) at entrance of room - WiFi was not working for 3 days out of 4 - Room was not clean (cleaned after request only) Room sizes are small but not an issue for solo travelers but really they must improve on aforementioned aspects

I booked this Royal Annex Hotel by OYO.com my check in date 27/08/2016 to 29/08/2016. Following things to be worst from this hotel. 1. No Lift felicities 2.Room size was very small 304 3.Lot of Mosquitoes 4.Hotel Location is very bad 5.No restaurant they bought breakfast from outside with limited quantity 6.lot Rats are running in the room no 302 7. Hotel staffs are simply siting and playing games in their mobile 8. Room was not clean only they took good pictures and uploaded so my suggestions don't stay this hotel you will get upset on your trip.
