reached royal palace, but they took us to another hotel, Sai deep in Andheri east. the new hotel was very good, very clean rooms and friendly staff. We stayed for 7 days. very comfortable stay. Not sure how the original royal palace is.

Room service was very slow, had to remind thrice on most occasions.As I have booked Breakfast also with my booking. Hotel Owner not gave breakfast first after again call to travelguru, they will provide only bread slices with tea. Hotel is not good.

Hotel Royal Palace was quite good as we stayed there for 2 days we found the staff members co-operative and services provided by them was good. If in future we will come too Mumbai we will prefer to stay in the same hotel.

Reception was extremely poor. When the issue was escalated to the Manager, she did not have even the courtesy of speaking properly. She went to the extent of stating that you do not stay! . Initially they showed a bigger room. When I returned with the luggage, they suddenly said that earlier guest has not vacated and shifted me to a much smaller room assuring me that this smaller room is a deluxe room. . However there was no towels, bedsheets or even soap provided in this deluxe room. . Frustrated, I vacated the room on the same day and shifted to another hotel in the evening. Obviously there was no question of they even thinking of any refund.

The room was small but neat and comfortable. The linen was clean, air conditioner was running and taps and flush were working. The bathroom was compact and reasonably clean.

It's ws worst xperience I had the reception person was so unfriendly even the water facility in room ws blocked it was irritating how they treated.The staff are generally not ok but not overly and can be quite abrupt. We think change Money-grubbing hotel When I returned, they didn't even let me change at any place in the hotel - not a spare room, not even a restroom! All this coupled with the down-market location, makes this a very poor deal.

This is the worst hotel i have ever seen. Staff was not at all helpful. Room ac was not working properly. Breakfast was included in our booking but was not served. We even asked them at 9a.m and waited till 10 but it was not served. Will never recommend anyone to stay here.

Nous avions reserve dans cette hotel pour notre arrive, au moment de le trouver...! RIEN! Apparemment l'hotel s'est deplace ou a bruler... Et bien sur le numero n'etait plus attribue donc impossible de savoir ou il se situai...! La note a quand meme ete encaisse...
