Great hotel. Very polite and helpful staff. Beautiful interior. The manager helped to call a taxi and printed boarding passes for the plane. Clean bathroom, air conditioner. Elevator between ground and 5 floor. Unfortunately, I could not try breakfasts (the difference between home and local time is 3 hours, I just can not eat so early), but I am sure that they are delicious. Before check-in, we did not have time to change the required amount of payment for accommodation in rupees. The manager allowed us to pay in dollars at a good rate. If you came to Mahindra Independence Rock, like us - an excellent choice, the festival is 25 minutes walk away.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and everything was available. All the staff from reception to room service to breakfast chef all of them are very very nice and very helpful. As a solo female traveller it’s very safe and recommended and also for family I saw a lot of families staying there comfortably.

We stayed on the10 July 2024 for a family function. We walked in and got a prompt, no fuss treatment at the reception. The manager Mr.Terence , warm and courteous in his approach , helped us in getting a room . Clean well maintained room and a warm service by the staff had us liking this place. The breakfast spread in the morning was a delight. Connectivity and easy availability of things around makes this hotel a preferred choice. The only drawback was some cockroach on the walls and a little over priced.This can be overlooked, considering the staff experience and especially Mr.Terence's hospitality . He definitely has won our next stay whenever we drop at town. Request to review the prices for more customers.

Clean rooms, well maintained with a very professional staff. The location is a plus with good connectivity to other parts of ghe city. Special thanks to the front desk managers and the staff who had gone out of their way to accommodate our every little need. Greatly recommended.

A little bit decrease in price would be needed given the amount of space in the room. Apart from that their breakfast complimentary is excellent and service people are also very polite in addressing any issues. Hotel Managers are very courteous and helpful. I felt safe. However,Tariff shall be decreased slightly so that it can attract more people. It is advisable to clean the ac ducts or change new one. Cuz, Smell is coming from the AC when running.
