Hotel is located very close to international airport. The accommodation given to me was clean and neat with all the facilities. The food was average in taste. But the staff used to take 1 hour to serve the tea in the room. It's a nice property.

The room arrangement was quite convenient and cleanliness was maintained to the perfection. Location was decent and well connected to the city. Service and food provision was also satisfactory. I will definitely visit this property again.

I noticed some small cockroach in the room, otherwise room & bed is average not bad. Suggestion- Provide small LCD in rooms as per latest requirement.

Awesome stay in Mumbai. First time in Mumbai it was near to airport. Humble staff with awesome hospitality. Washroom are little small, rooms are nice. Just did breakfast on the two day stay and it was night and light. Restaurant staff was serving nicely, appreciate their hospitality.

If anyone wants to try Authentic Kerala food in and around Chakala, Andheri East, then Hotel Samraj is the place to visit. Good food and options available. During festive days like Onam, they have Ona Sadhya (Feast) as well where food is served in banana leaf with customised food as celebrated in Kerala. Only thing to bear in mind is that the cost is bit on the higher side. However, I like the ambience and service of team. Had taken my friends along for dinner.

Good place to stay for 1 or 2 nights. The breakfast provided is good and they offer free airport pick up and drop service. The staff is friendly and service on time. Quantity of breakfast provided is sufficient.

The service is awful, you will be shifted from one department to another. Getting cups for tea requires several phone calls, a different person must be contacted for tea, sugar, a spoon etc. All plugs don't work, WiFi doesn't work. Having a shower is near impossible unless you like to stand under a dribble. No room service, beds weren't made and fresh towels also require several phone calls and a 20 minute wait. Staff are incompetent and unhelpful. Cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Authentic Kerala Food is served in the first floor restaurant. Other Cuisine is also available. We visited for dinner with friends and family. Staff are very friendly and will assist with the order about portion size to avoid wastage. Food and drinks are reasonably priced.
