We stayed here for a night, last weekend. Location wise, it is at Khar Danda Road, which offers good connectivity to most suburbs in the area. We had done the booking through the hotel website itself.
On the premises, is the popular restaurant Thalassa and the place is pretty buzzing during lunch and dinners (can get a wee bit noisy) esp in the front road facing rooms.
This seems like one those apartment buildings, converted to a hotel, cause the lobby is pretty tiny and cramped, but nevertheless the checkin was very smooth and we immediately had help, to take us to our room and also show the controls.
The room (double-delux) is fairly small, but was spotless and the same with the bathroom, which came with soap/shampoo dispensers. The shower unit, had this fancy rain show type contraption, but cept for the shower head and the hand shower, the rest of the functions did not spray any water (guess they were clogged)
The room service menu is very basic, but you can order food from amongst the hotels nearby (they will give you an array of menus) or you could choose from Thalassa (a bit pricey)
My parents liked the room, but thought the pillows were a bit hard, but otherwise had a decent night.
Wi-fi has this dual login in set up and was annoying to connect, would be good if staff explained it first hand. Also if you went out of range, you had to go through the login process all over again.
Breakfast wasn't a large spread, but was overall good.We had chutney sandwiches, veg uttapam, batata vadas, cheese grill toast, eggs to order. Wish they had some fruit or lighter options as well.
Service was genuinely good and considerate..As part of the deal, they offered an airport drop, which was very welcome.
Overall a pleasant stay and would recommend it for a business trip or short duration.
We booked 7 rooms from 26.12.16 til 3.1.17 different dates and different lengh with frequent changes.
All at no extra costs. Service very friendly and accomododating. Despite demonitazion.

Was nice . Grea8 stay with gd location n nice eateries around .
Not very far off from airport.plus they provide free cab to airport for drop. He stay for families as its hygienic n safe for kids as well.nice restaurants outside with good sitting arrangements .
Although location is so so, rooms are excellent like 5 stars. Breakfast was not bad. But you dont get any fruits, not much variety but u have chances of testing Indian foods. Staffs are highly responsive and professional. Good value for money.
Area wise Khar west is a good place to stay, not far from airport, very good location. Hotel staffs are very good and efficient, rooms size is good enough (which matters at Mumbai), wash room size is also okay, but toilet without any toiletries. Main problem, they have no restaurants. Breakfast is worst, not have much choice and served inside room. They provide drop facility, not pick up. Overall good neat and clean hotel.
