Front Desk: There was a person who just heard my name, tool my ID, and alloted a room to me - simply fast. Room: Good AC, instant support, and the room was mine. Person on call was available immediately. And it was a good, clean room.

pathetic worst stay i ever had at any hotel well we cant even say a hotel its kind of guest house and having only 4 rooms in it i booked my hotel for four days but when i reached hotel to check in i found it very pathetic but i had no other option so i asked for my room and when i entered in room it was very dusty and full of ashes of cigarettes. and when i went outside i gave key for room service and i said i ll come late when i returned i found 4 guys playing cards in my room and when i complained the guy who was standing on reception said they are just hotel staff. after this when i went to shower there is no hot water. i quickly check out and book other hotel. kindly do not stay even for free unless and until you want to ruin your trip

First of all this is not at all a hotel, its a terrible lodge with dirty rooms. I had a very terrible experience. I booked this hotel through Yatra.com on a Pay at Hotel basis. The day I was supposed to reach, the I called up the hotel. Initially they confirmed the booking. but after half an hour they immediately rang up & said they could not confirm the hotel since they had some pricing issues. These people are of the sort who won't honour commitments. Besides they will cheat you with dirty rooms & uncleaned toilets. The bedsheet stink. The staff is very courteous. In short at the best avoid.

On reaching the Hotel - "was told there is no booking , the hotel is sold out and we do not have rooms and we did not get information from Clear trip about your booking. On showing the cleartrip voucher , they were kind to look for a hotel in the same locality and booked me at a higher price in another htel.

i stayed 2 night in this hotel very dirty and noise and very poor location. rooms are very small. not running water.no hot water.bed sheet are very dirty.staff is not good and not coprative nature. ..

We booked this hotel as a mistake, we were looking for "travellers inn" but we stayed here for a night and t was terrible, there are only four sticky rooms, toilets are a nightmare, the location is terrible. It is even hard to find, they do not accept cards and the wifi was not working for two weeks. The room we stayed at has no windows and at night mosquitos were everywhere.
