Nice and cheap and very well located in the south of Mumbai. Staff were friendly, fan in room so so loud, it woke me up a few times. Beds were alright as were showers, wifi worked great and staff helpful organising us a taxi to airport and Dharavi slum tour. Average hotel but worth it for location and price
I was coming from long Goa holiday and wanted to stay in Andheri for a night this was my choice and i was COMPLETELY satisfied. Pros. - Safe for family / girls if you wanna leave them alone for 12-15 Hrs. - The Lobby, Rooms and Washrooms are clean. - Very good Value for money. - This place is just near the Pinnacle Business Park. - 24 Hrs Check in and Check out. Cons. - Cant think of any ;) Overall my stay was very good. My wife spent all the time in the room watching TV and sleeping. Sleep quality was very good. Staff was helping and cooperative. We asked for new bed sheets during check-in and were changed within 10 min. Good for business plus transit visit.
Started with strange confusion of the staff that even I booked twin room , if I am single person checking in , they tried forcing me to go in single bed cabin. Upon insisting to correctly interpret the booking and giving logical explanation, then got my twin room. Room has fans only and are dependent on the central cooling systems' air through the ventilator for room cooling. Room is very small, and everybody can listen others's talk in their room . Because the rooms are simply plywood partitioned space inside a big hall. Bathroom is like a typical college hostel's bathroom.8-10 latrines are there and you can choose whichever you feel to get into. Taking bath in the absence of mug-bucket(as it is not provide) and using the shower in the cramped box will wet your cloths on the back of the door. You cannot even move your hand while taking bath in the tight bathing box. one more embarrassment you get when you have to cross reception area every time you go to bathroom from your room. After getting bath you have to wear full cloths to come back to room otherwise you have strange feeling when you have to cross through many people standing at reception while carrying you wet cloths. TV and TV channels were okay. Bed was poor, but bed sheet was clean. Average cleanliness is the only plus. Location-wise one plus is that you can reach to McDonald and Domino's and few other restaurant at walk able distance. Other wise this is useless and the extremely poor value for money dormitory. Avoid it, if you can.
Had to shift from Economy version(sharing toilet & bathroom) to Deluxe version after paying Rs. 1,000/- extra at the reception. Service was great; locality was good in terms of connectivity to airport, other business centres.... The staff at reception were prompt in their services.
I called the hotel to check that I would be able to share a room with an male Indian friend. I very clearly asked the guy on the front desk and was told it would be fine. Upon arrival, we were told that no, the hotel doesn't allow non-married couples to share a room. Clearly the guy on the phone hadn't understand my request, but had just been agreeing to whatever I wanted. The manager agreed to refund my money, but by this time it was getting late and I had a plane to catch in a few hours. Despite the fact I wouldn't be sleeping in the hotel, they wouldn't let me store my luggage in my friend's room and take a shower. I had to pay for a separate room for this privilege - would have been nice if the manager had only charged me a reduced rate given I was only there a few hours.
