Rooms are ok, and the rent per day is normal in such a city. For taking family is ok.
Good budget option with excellent service. Just be aware that the mattress is a little thin, the toulet flush doesn't work all the time and the hot water is touch and go.
Location! Location! Location! This hotel is all about its location. Only five minutes walking distance from CST. Rooms are very tiny. We stayed in a double bed room and there was very little space left in the room for walking after the bags were unpacked. AC room are better maintained than Non-AC. So, better to stay in AC rooms as the ventilation in the rooms are very less. Complimentary breakfast was good. Room Service was good and staffs were helpful. Bathroom was also very small but separate hot-cold water line was there. We travelled as a couple and stayed for couple of days. Overall decent place to stay for 2-3 days and ideal for catching trains from CST.
hotel is neat and clean family can stay and nearer to city to go around within walking distance train is approachable
Fantastic service, cannot fault them at all. It is highly advised to book an A/C room. It got very very stuffy in the non A/C room and the fan did very little to alleviate the heat. Apart from that it was central, clean and a great environment. Strongly recommend.

Another enjoyable stay at this clean and tidy hotel, which provides great value for money in a good, safe and quiet location close to many sights, CST, local buses, lots of great restaurants, street food, fruit and chai stalls. We've stayed here three times now and will happily stay again if we're lucky enough to visit Mumbai in future. We didn't experience any problem with the roadworks outside on the 3 or 4 days we were there. No problems with the local street dogs either, which you find all over India.
The Travellers Inn offers excellent value at a good location. When I arrived the room was clean, every morning included a simple breakfast brought to my room, and there is a common room with tea, coffee and a view over the rooftops. The Inn felt very orderly, well-run and well-cared-for and I felt safe and comfortable (as a woman traveling alone), also in the neighborhood more generally. Any time I needed help - for example when I needed to find some difficult-to-find beauty products - the staff was very helpful. The hotel is just a few blocks away from everything from Starbucks to wonderful restaurants from all the regions of India and beyond, as well as some great book stores. Thank you for your hospitality Mohit!
We arrived around 3:30am and found the staff at Travellers awake and ready for our arrival. Our room was clean, and they provided towels and soap. Hot water worked fine once we were told there was a switch outside the door we must turn on. Wifi worked rather well and fast compared to other places we stayed in India. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby. We did not spend much time in the room as we were touring and we did not avail ourselves of travel services as we had friends in Mumbai. The only thing, as many others stated, is some drivers don't know exactly where it is, so they will need to ask, and the road Traveller's is on is under construction, so outside is a bit dusty
This place was pretty good. Its was clean and tidy and has a good location. We (three girls) felt safe there, even walking back in the evening. We stayed in a 3 bed girls dorm, so that probably made a difference because we had the room to ourselves. It was nice to have a toilet seperate from the shower too in our room. It was a little annoying when we had to move rooms for one night while they did work in our bathroom, we were switched to a 4 bed dorm where the ensuite didnt have a window where there was a open space for one, made showering awkward to keep out of sight of the outside world!!! Apart from that, super happy with this place!
cheap and not very clean. Did nt enjoy place at all and even though paid for 2 nights...left after 1. Bars on windows....fire trap...scary. Staff did nt help with luggage and the stairs are steep, we were on the 4th floor. Road works are going on outside so you have to struggle with luggage to get to. Bonus ...close walk to train station and nice bar on corner which makes a welcome change in India
