Its just an ordinary hotel. Complementary airport transfer was good. I had an fine stay. I booked for an standard room and that was very simple as compare to other hotels. The hotel is easily at a walking distance from the market. The hotel has a fine restaurant.

Maintenance and cleanliess are very bad. There was no toilet paper, when I asked for it, they gave me an old roll full of stains. The supposed mineral water was not sealed and when I asked for a sealed one, they simply told me they were filling the bottles with regular water.s with regular water.

This is a budget hotel under the OYO rooms fraternity. The rooms are spacious enough, but they need to be more clean. The bathroom was smelling due to lack on ventilation The rooms are too close to each other, hence the noise on the floor is too much. Nothing really great to write about this place.

As an avid traveler, I am always want to explore new things, from Hotel to food, tourist attractions etc . every time I had write down a review on tourist attraction, hotel , restaurant etc. But when I writing about Hotel, I am very careful and neutral. Now I come to the main point. About Hotel cleanliness and services... Hotel Name: Hotel Imperial Residency, OYO Hotel, Location : Sher E Punjab, Andheri East, Mumbai. Staying from 15th Sep(9:30 PM) to 18th Sep(5:15AM), 2016 Double occupancy. First day: I have informed them in advance but room was not prepared. I have spent approx 30 mins in reception to complete paperwork but no one prepare the room during that time. When I step in the room, the room air was very foul smell and heavy. Keep the room door and window open for a few minutes to get fresh air. After that I request them for mat (available after repeated request to house keeping). That day, I also request them to rectify the TV set top box issue. But in vain. There are Bedbug present too and bed-sheet and pillow covers are full of spot Second day: Breakfast : very good and breakfast room's staffs are very cordial. TV still not rectify. Third day: Breakfast items are hot and fresh and staff as usual very cordial. At night around 11 PM, I was return back to hotel and clear all the dues. That time I request the person in reception, Do you adjust the amount for partial service? He simply told me that You were booked room from OYO, please talk to them. we cant do anything. And about the TV issue he told me that, will change your room to another room. But I declined, because only a few hours to left for check-out(5 AM). if rectify the below mentions issues, hotel will be very good budget hotel in all aspects: 1. Room service staffs are not well trained or lack of training. Lack of uniform. 2. Kindly make the room free from bedbug. Make sure that linens are spotless. 3. The room air condition machine is covered with windows curtain which obstruct the air flow from Air condition machine. Make sure that curtain must not obstruct the air flow from air condition machine. Otherwise Air condition machine will use more electricity. 4. Reception staffs are good and cordial. 5. Make sure that, room should be foul smell free and prepared before the guest arrival (at least 30 minutes in advance for smell free).

Last 3 days my stay in hotel imperial.super rooms available for the hotel.staff beheviours so good. Room services so good. Hotel available for the WiFi facilities. But WiFi speed is average imperial hotel best hotel in adheri. Morning breakfast available include teriff. Room teriff is low and provide by the best room.food quality is so good.

Under the OYO Rooms brand name, Imperial Residency is a budget hotel that although has good potential, loses out on lacklustre services. The room number alloted to me was Room 502, which had great views of Mumbai city skyline. But what it misses out is unkempt towel, broken switches in bathroom, flikering lights, unclean bowls and plates and general lack of food hygeine. I think if the management can look into these small matters, then this hotel can easily become one of OYO Rooms Premium properties.

Hello All, This was my first trip to Mumbai. I used oyo rooms. I booked the Imperial residency (OYO ROOMS) at Andheri(E): shere a punjab. Plot no 301. They have another property at plot num163(andheri east). Let me start with Good points 1 Room quality is good and it was neat and clean. 2.Food quality is also good. Break fast is not as fancy as 4 or 5 star hotel. But you will find variety. You can order from hotel kitchen 24/7. 3. Staff is very polite and kind. They are really helpful. 4. 24/7 hot water was available and room service staff was very good. 5. AC quality is superb... Cons : 1. Property Entrance is not well maintained. Due to which customer think of cancelling the booking. 2. No Cafeteria place in hotel. Common space on ground floor is used for break fast. 3. Parking space is very limited. Please call and inquire if you are planning to go with own car. 4. Room size is little small. 5. Wifi is only for name. It does not work. 6.
