It was pretty close to airport friendly staff nice ambiende traditional old look. Excepting the breakfast eveything was 5star for breakfast u had to wait for 10 to 15 min
ITC Maratha is definitely one of the best 5 star properties in Mumbai. The hotel room & the food was excellent. It was a perfect stay.
It was a great experience. They offered me an upgraded suite for me. On the last day they had sent me a bill which showed a difference in amount of RS 7000+ which they politely canceled on enquiry. Thanks a lot.
The hotel is perfect for a stay in Mumbai. We received a warm welcome from the hotel management. We were given a beautiful pool view room. The room was spacious and well furnished. In fact, we are thankful to the hotel management because they upgraded our room without any extra cost. The bathrooms were out of the world. There was bath tub, and also separate shower panels which we enjoyed the most. We were also given complimentary soft beverages and free laundry service. The restaurants served delicious food. I would certainly recommend this hotel to all travelers in Mumbai.
Hotel was a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of Mumbai. After a busy 9 days in Gujerat visiting relatives it was heaven on earth.I requested an early check in..no problem.Reception staff were welcoming and very efficient.I was in my room within 10 minutes.Shown how to use the room facilities. The Maratha I cannot fault in any way,all the 5 star luxuries you would expect from this caliber of hotel was fulfilled.Rooms well appointed.Large TV in Lounge/Sitting Area and Bedroom of the Executive Club.Nice hotel for either a long or short stay with families or if away on business.Excellent Spa facilities.Fantastic breakfast...plenty of choice for all. Will definatly return.

Had a quick but very refreshing stay at this Grand Hotel. The rooms very clean and comfortable - perfect for refreshing after a long flight. The staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful - a real asset of the hotel. The bar was well stocked and we enjoyed a great meal in one of the specialty restaurants even at a very late hour.
We have been staying at the Maratha in recent years and as always our stay was pleasant. Employees who walked the extra mile to serve us: 1. Maxim Mascarenhas, Concierge 2. Ms. Rashpal Padam, Duty Manager 3. Churendar, Front office 4. Nirbhik Jain, Duty Manager 5. Khasi, Master Cook (excellent cook who knew how to connect with guests like us) 6. Ruthie and Kudrath, Front Office Lastly we were introduced to Abishek Menon who seemed very eager to provide hospitality at the highest level. In brief, our stay this year was as enjoyable as it has been because of these committed and competent individuals.
The ITC Maratha is a grand hotel with a lavish layout. It's located just about one kilometer from the Airport. Very convenient. The staff were very friendly, and courteous. We spent just 12 hours there as our flight landed very late so we could not enjoy he place as much. The room was clean and tastefully done. Very comfortable and the shower and bath were also very good, very impressed. I was a bit ticked off that we were required to pay for wifi. Considering the caliber of the hotel and the norm in India, I thought that was an it ordinary. The breakfast was excellent with ethnic touches thrown in for effect which was very cute. The "chai Walla" serving tea was novel and the selection was impressive. The airport transfer was good though a bit pricy given the location of the hotel.
Absolutely enjoy the hotel and its amenities especially breakfast which I was served by a lovely set of crew. Annaliza, Sunny, Naveen and Prathahus were lovely and always helpful towards our needs during meal and I'm very impressed by their professionalism! Compliments to the hotel and your staff!
Overall a very nice hotel with plenty of old Bombay character and great restaurants and bar. I stayed in the Tower in a executive room which was like a mini-suite. Bed and furnishings were very comfortable and even had a OSIM like massage chair in the room to get that end of the day relaxation in just a few minutes. As you look closer at some of the details in the room you can clearly see evidence of lack of care when it comes to cleaning surfaces, walls, bathroom fixtures, etc. this was a bit surprising for such a posh hotel. The TV in my room did not work properly and strangely the bath mat near the showing was absolutely soaking wet as if someone had used the shower and the mat absorbed water leaking from the door and was never changed from last occupant. I alway believe it is the details that matter in making a hotel experience good versus great. Once the CEO of Hilton hotel said their key to success was remembering to tuck in the shower curtain -it's the little details that matter!
