Our stay at Itsy Heera Treebo Hotel was ruined by the shockingly rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff. They made derogatory remarks about my green detox juice, which was completely uncalled for and highly inappropriate. It was clear they lacked basic respect for their guests. As the checkout time approached, the staff turned into obsessive clock-watchers. Their behavior made me feel like I was being kicked out rather than treated as a valued guest. It was incredibly uncomfortable and left a bad taste in my mouth. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone simply because of how poorly the staff treats their guests. A hotel stay should never feel this hostile.

Hi everyone, I stayed here for two days, and it was a truly disappointing experience. First, there was an AC water leak inside the room that dripped into the shelf drawer, damaging my earbuds. Then, in the middle of the night, some drunken guests staying next door started banging on my room door. The staff, including the bellboy, had an unprofessional attitude’at one point, it felt as if he thought he was the owner. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND FOR FAMILIES.

On the 1st floor, a good family hotel.. can do better with the exterior.. room spotless

These guys basically want money. They don’t have anything to do with their guests. We found this hotel on treebo and just wanted to book it but they wanted advance payment which was non-refundable. They said treebo won’t refund your money. So we decided to pay them using their UPI but they still didn’t wanted to return our money. They don’t have any parking space so you will have to park your car near the railway station. I will suggest not to book this hotel.
