Checked in late which they knew about as we had informed them. However considering it was very late and past midnight it took three documents before they finally settled for one-why not ask for this in the first place? The deluxe room is cramped for space if you have more than two suitcases and the executive room would have been better. The laundry service is efficient and welcome service that is available. Most disappointing of all is mosquitoes in the room. This is not acceptable in a three star hotel. Breakfast is reasonable and the sitting area is ample so there is no mad rush to get a seat. The waiter Munna is a great asset and wonderful. It was noted that when there were international guests that the water in the shower was hot all day and at other times luke warm. Why discriminate? Reception did respond to our needs on most occasions however with a smile would have been better! Finally wifi is temperamental and a nuisance. The location of the hotel is very good and with more care from senior management and front reception it could easily do better.
