Pornima waghmare was simply good and was very cheerful gal . Good breakfast though inroom dining was very costly ...Even they charge 100rs for plain plate ..... Funny ... I recommend for stay but not for food

I have stayed at lemon tree premier for one week from 2.12.2020 to 09.12.2020.the entire stay at hotel was excellent experience. Since from reception to dining was excellent. Particularly a cheif Cook Mr. Rajaram daily enquiry about the food taste. Really it was fantastic experience. The cook served the food as per my taste.Realy the hotel and the Cook Mr. Rajaram should deserved for any type of appreciation.

We planned our booking at lemon tree on 24th Dec 2020. It was a wonderful experience. The rooms are very amazing, spacious and full of positive vibe. We were a little surprised/disappointed when we were charged for cutlery but never the less hospitality at this particular hotel covered it all. I was in awe when I received a mail from the hotel staff on my missing sandals. It was so thoughtful of them to contact me over email and ask me if the same can be couriered. That one moment really made the trip to Mumbai pleasurable. I convey my thanks to the hospitality team once again on keeping my belongings safe and management to contact me over email. Really plan to book all my stays with lemon tree whenever I plan my holidays.

identification is not presented at check in, the accommodation
