I stayed for 2 night's at this lovely apartment hotel very near to Juhu beach. Since was travelling alone opted for a studio which was spacious enough, neat and clean. The hotel has a rooftop pool which has a great view of the sea. Didn't had much of my meals there as Juhu has a lot of dining options and after hours of hectic meetings I prefered going out.
I would like to mention Mr. Naser Imam, the Executive Housekeeper here who helped me not only to know my room better ensuring I was at ease but also with general medication as I was suffering from headache. He ensured that all my requirements are met on time. He showed genuine interest to cater to my needs and took regular feedback on staff service level. This is something which completes your experience.
Will definitely look to come back.
Originally planned to stay here for 6 nights with my wife and 3 month old baby but we ended up extending the stay for 2 extra nights. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was spacious, modern and well kept. Because we were there for more than a week it was great to have kitchen and living room. The extra space was very useful for putting up our baby cot and giving junior a quiet place to sleep. Zoheb, the front desk manager went out of his way on several occasions to help us organize all sorts of errands. While we were there, there were quite a few mosquitoes in all parts of Mumbai (maybe something to do with the season?) but you could constantly see the hotel was taking steps to make sure the property was not affected. Would definitely recommend this place for families and hope to return sometime soon
In this classy hotel, "professional" means doing a good job in an expert way, but it also means sympathizing with guests situations, desires, anxieties, and needs to go beyond what is required to make the stay truly exceptional. The environment is great, but it's the service that makes everything run smoothly and pleasantly. Mr. Zoheb Memon seemed to appear out of nowhere so often, just to fix our problems and make sure we were happy, that I thought he was a resident genie rather than a Front Office Manager. Mr. Shiv Sharma runs a tight ship in the restaurant, and for once dining in your hotel is a real option. But, this is Juhu, and there are many good places within a short ride to eat, shop, and entertain yourself. The suites allow you to settle in, the staff makes sure you have everything you need everything with a personal and genuinely friendly touch.
We decided to book this hotel to celebrate birthday in the family. The room lived up to its expectation, big and well appointed. The Housekeeper Mr. Naser was kind enough to cater to all our queries and requirements. The location is prime and you can find all daily necessities at walking distance.
The cleanliness and service standards were at par with any 5 star hotel.
It was not a stay but was mostly like a visit to Z Luxury for a friends wedding. Must say the hotel is really nice, The people, the environment, the standard of service is no less than any five star. The attention to detail for our needs during our visit was just amazing. Could not spend much time in the hotel as we were busy with the wedding ceremonies, but I would like to mention the staff once again, Specially Mr. Zoheb Memon, The Front Office Manager. He made the stay worth every minute spent in the hotel. He ensured that everything we needed was taken care off. I would say Quirky is the right word for him, no person in the hotel was as full of life and humor as him. Maybe he was just trying to cover up for his team during breakfast, I mean the food was great but the service was a little too slow, Not complaining but the restaurant seemed under staffed and the light too was really low which made me feel low and the staff looked a little gloomy. A little brightness would lighten the place up. Zoheb kept us engaged all the while when our breakfast was delayed. The best cover up ever I must say. Over all, It was great stay, Would love to stay here again if ever get an opportunity.
