Super Hotel O Mumbai Central formerly Park Palace

I stayed at this hotel with my family, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The service was extremely poor, and the hotel failed to meet even the basic standards of hospitality. There was no telephone in the room, making it impossible to request room service or assistance. The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful, which added to the frustration. The entire hotel had a foul smell, from the passageways to the rooms. The atmosphere was far from welcoming, making our stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. Even if this were the last available option in Mumbai, I would still avoid staying here. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a decent and comfortable stay. ’’

Damm this place sucks ,literally book for two day 1.tv is not working . 2.rooms have cockroache 3.no soap ,no shampoo nothing was there 4.the hotel manager is also rude 5.asking to change my room but no ansers taken 6.no housekeeping in next day idk how they work. Called oyo customer care thrice a day but no response, they always bang call and tell we will come back to you . I mailed ,i tweeted,Instagramed them but no answers no response. I have all pictures whenever u wanted tell me i will share

It was a worst experience. I stayed their with family. Amenities are not as promised. Rooms were not nice and clean. You can't leave with family. It shows 4.2 ratings in oyo and oyo serviced hotel. But ni maintainance were there . Cost of hotel is too much as per hotel location and facilities available in hotel. Hotel location is horrible you will not get online cab services there.not recommended specialy with family

Rooms were old, I have booked three rooms , One of the rooms did not have doorknob. And they did not provide all the rooms at the same place. There were non-veg hotel every where. You will not find any veg hotel nearby of the Hotel. Don't go with family or if you have any women members with you, don't go. Even I was not feeling safe. You have to walk to the hotel, there is no any transport option available. Not available, even drinking water not available.

The rooms are pathetic, and the location is very bad. The roads are filled with spit, and the hotel staff is rude and uneducated. The hotel is extremely filthy, so please don’t be misled by its name. The staircase is covered with food waste, dog feces, and even human excrement. There is no proper ventilation in the rooms, which are also very small. I strongly advise people not to visit this place.
