Hotel is tired and looks overdue a refurbishment. It seems to be understaffed and the staff that are there struggle to keep on top on things. On the positive side the staff are friendly and welcoming.

I had another opportunity to stay here and I can tell I was wrong on the first time. The services are bad and the hotel is also bad. No wifi, no good breakfast, lots of noise and other activities which is bad for business travellers and family.

Our stay at Ramee Guestline Hotel, Juhu. From the Manager, Mr Narendra, to the front desk staff, the drivers and room staff, I can only compliment you guys, on the professionalism and excellent service that you delivered during our stay. Hats off to the inhouse restaurant Mirchi, and the staff who go all out to make your experience as pleasant as possible. Great food, is what you can expect from this restaurant. Room was great and super comfortable. Keep up the great Service, and will definitely visit again soon.

The service at this hotel was excellent. Staff were very attentive, and alert to my needs and requirements. Rooms were good and well maintained by Housekeeping. The front desk staff were particularly impressive, aware of the goings on in the hotel and keeping an eye. My personal thanks goes to Dushant on the front desk. He was super efficient, mindful of my requirements, and true to his word. Thank you.

I've never met such a more professional line of guys that look after your every need and take care of you and ensure that your holiday experiences outstanding what an awesome bunch of people to be dealing with we have come back and we will come back and we will come back again thank you to Mandeep Singh and the amazing team that support him at the Ramee Guestline Juhu hotel. Stay for a night check in at 1.00 PM Check out 7.30 AM next day. Check in was smooth, Allotted with room keys, Rooms were so small, if you have 2 pax, you won't find any space to move in the room, while inquiring with reception they said they that all the room are of the same size, No lockers were found in the room, while inquiring they said that they will provide the same, but till check out nothing was provided. Rock Bottom was shut down, No entry to R Adda Breakfast was not so wide spread but was good. Overall an okay stay.
