I got an upgrade to their Suite which was phenomenal. Always get a room with a Lake view as that is tranqiul and relaxing. Their Spa is very good too. I felt the in room dining was expensive. Otherwise, this is a great hotel with fantastic views. Ideal for a short weekend relaxation trip.

As I had the option of taking food at the conference we didn't ordered for food at hotel. The breakfast was good on n average.

This hotel underperforms and does not commit to the standards it preaches. At check in I was asked if I wanted an upgrade to include the lounge at 36st floor and a better room. In was put in a mediocre room, certainly not an upgrade. I also asked if I could take a guest to the lounge and what the opening timers were. Yes I could take one guest and opening until midnight. That evening I took a guest and at the desk I was informed the guest needs to pay..... not what I was told. Eventually they let my guest in and at 19:25 we wanted to get some snacks upon which we were almost pushed out as the staff needed to clean the buffet. They did not take the courtesy to let us get our snack saying the buffet closes at 19:30.... you don't do this so decent guests of a 5 star hotel. Food in Chinese restaurant was not at the quality level one would expect. Waiter in lounge clearly forgot to put in deodorant. And I can go on mentioning many more examples. This hotel requires new management and a refresher course of its staff. Many hotels in India do a better job.

Have stayed there for work on multiple occasions and they hit the mark most of the time. The staff is very courteous and the food is good(well for a 5 star hotel!) nice spacious rooms but every time I stayed with them all I got to see was filth and not really a great view. don't forget to ask for a room with a better view. The Italian restaurant has good food too.Room service is great too. I once ordered for waffles and they were too thick and i mentioned it to the serving guy. that evening there was a sorry for the inconvenience note and macaroons on my bedside table.such a sweet gesture! Oh the sausages in the breakfast buffet need a special mention.they are to die for!!!

Our business meeting happen in the convention center here, and the service/halls there do exceed our expectations every day. Rooms are pretty spacious for a Mumbai hotel and complete in every sense. Immersion is good, and sleep quality is very worthy. The restaurants are very good and staff is extremely courteous and helpful especially director of events manager & team. A helping of the hotel also helps you enjoy a breath taking view of the Powai lake, which is a must see & pool and bar are good too and help you relax every day A special thanks to General Manager & team who made us wonderful stay.

The hotel is tastefully designed. Staff is very courteous. Rooms are spacious and indoor air quality is excellent (as perceived while breathing). Buffet dinners are excellent, however the vegetarian guest may not appreciate the choice of veggies. The hotel has a spa facility which charges a bomb for its services.The glass windows in the room do not effectively shield the noise outside. A loud celebration in the vicinity could be heard in the room till midnight. A very neat and clean hotel though.

The restaurant here does a very nice Sunday brunch with unlimited alcohol at a reasonable price. It was a really nice way to spend the day, food could be better but there were a lot of good dishes too. Desserts were really good.
