Hotel was just ok. Only advantage that, it is located in city center. The rooms were well kept, neat and clean.

My stay was really great here. I stayed here for 3 nights in Standard Room which was neat and tidy. Service was good overall. Food in the restaurant was not up to the mark, it wasn't tasty. Location was convenient. Overall it was above average hotel.

The hotel provides excellent services. Being a girl from Delhi,a city which as everybody knows is not safe for girls, I was quite skeptic about staying in a hotel. My parents kept on calling me from the hour I landed in Mumbai. They were relaxed to hear that I was picked up by the hotel cab and was given a secure and comfortable room. I availed pick and drop services for my conference place and the chauffeur was always on time. I felt important and secure at the same time. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful and even arranged for an auto for me when I asked them that I want to go to a nearby place. And food, I should say that was awesome! I was offered complementary breakfast and that had a lot of variety. The best part was that wi-fi was available. I never felt as if i am cut off from the rest of the world. I must say the hotel was complete and self-sufficient! and most importantly safe for girls. Well, that can be said about Mumbai as a whole.

Recommend this hotel for families. Morning breakfast is good. Both south Indian and north Indian cuisines are served. Staff are very courteous. Location wise it is very close to Airport and Metro station.

Comfortable stay though the floor where we got room had no lift access. But, the staffs were friendly and helped us getting our luggage to the room. Rooms were all clean and had modern amenities. Locality was not good for food though you can get some street foods.

This is definitely NOT a 4star property as being highlighted on and being part of their Preferred Property programme needs criteria to be re-evaluated!. Also rates obtained from hotel directly were much higher than available online, so do shop around. I booked through Hotel reservation department namely Trupti was an absolute delight to deal with she was professional, courteous and efficient. She was also extremely kind and permitted us a slightly later check-out which was greatly appreciated. However, her assurances of superior rooms were not honoured at time of check-in and rooms on the 7th floor were all occupied! Web photos make the hotel look good and indeed some areas are as they appear namely main lobby. Other photos largely reflect superior rooms on 7th floor (lift stops here) and 8th floors but these were occupied so unable to verify accuracy of description. However, the rest of the hotel is dated and tired and in need of a major refurbishment especially standard rooms and the dining area. Why do we choose to stay at a decent hotel 3*+? Well essentially to be assured of comfortable accommodation and cleanliness. This hotel promised both, but failed to deliver. We were a family party of 6 adults which included very elderly parents with limited mobility. Despite numerous confirmations and assurances of larger rooms & bathrooms on the 7th Floor (8th floor accessible by stairs only so unable to use) these were not available and we were then given rooms on 1st and 5th floors. My parents were given a room with a bathtub despite having had a walk-in shower confirmed. The in-room safe also did not work and was faulty and had to be repaired. So they were moved to another room. Shower mats were also requested but we were initially advised these were only available in rooms with bathtubs! After much insistence, they provided these but the state of them was disgusting and were used under duress due to lack of choice see photo! Bathroom was very basic and lacked overall cleanliness. The shower curtain did not reach the floor which resulted in water splashing out and wetting the adjacent toilet and floor slippery and unsightly. Toiletries were pathetic 2 mini bottles of cheap shampoo and shower gel for 2 persons not enough. 1 Toilet roll only provided and no spares. Bath towels somewhat frayed and torn and some rooms had hand towels provided it was luck of the draw. Tissue holder heavily stained. Standard rooms are of a good size and beds were surprisingly comfortable. Duvets provided were welcome as needed especially with the noisy and freezing aircon. Bed linen frayed and torn tucked in and so not easily noticed. Pillows not encased fully and inventory marking shows purchase in 2013 - clearly due for a change as heaven knows how many heads have slept on those.. Bedside telephone temperamental due to loose wiring so had to jiggle cord to use.the same in all 3 rooms that we had booked. Room/hotel information out of date airport transfer listed as being Rs 300/- or so, but actual is Rs 460/- It is a bit pricey but can accommodate 4-6 persons and luggage which then makes it reasonable. There is free Wi-Fi at the hotel so dont know why one recent reviewer claimed otherwise? That said, it is a bit of a performance to get the pin code and even then it doesnt always work. Ours did in the end thank goodness! Breakfast is included in the room rate but the offer is pretty mediocre. Dining here is a hit or miss affair. Tables are not cleared nor cleaned promptly. Waiters seem ill trained, surly and lack motivation to provide good service and more interested in chatting amongst themselves. They touch plates and glasses with their hands rather than use napkins so hygiene an issue. The after dinner Indian offering of a mouth cleanser was placed on our table but seeing the spoon provided caked with a dried up substance (probably from someones mouth!) this was swiftly declined! Cutlery such as a knife and fork are not readily available and have to be repeatedly requested. General Manager is Mr. Joseph Rodrigues but we never got to meet him nor see him and so, unable to provide direct feedback. Standard responses on TripAdvisor are meaningless as judging from past reviews; corrective action has not been taken show as evident at the time of our visit but are merely statements to placate past visitors! Some of the front office staff were polite and courteous but are neither overly friendly nor welcoming. Check-in is such a laborious process and only 1 room card key is available which is awkward and inconvenient for anyone sharing Housekeeping staff seem to do the best they can given the equipment/supplies provided to them but are in clear need of greater supervision to ensure that the room specification meets high standards. This hotel has the potential to be a great hotel given its location, but the decor, housekeeping, mediocre food offerings and lack of basic customer care and service let it down badly. Some staff do deserve a special mention as they made a difference and made our brief stay more pleasant. Duty Manager, Kaitan, was very helpful and our sincere thanks to him for all the help given. Thanks to Trupti and her colleague in the reservations department for always being so helpful and efficient. Lastly, our thanks to the friendly helpful driver who made the airport transfers so pleasant. In conclusion, if you do decide to stay here, be prepared NOT to have your expectations exceeded in any way!

I stayed in this hotel in my recent business trip. Earlier I stayed in 3-4 times in Residency Fort and I thought it was the same group hotel. I had booked Club room and paid Rs.6000 for a night.. I share some Pros and Cons about this hotel.. Pros.. 1. Location was very good and easily accessible. 2. Outside view of hotel was very nice. 3. Nice Lobby area. 4. Staff was very courteous. Cons.. 1. No basic amenities (toiletries) available in the room (it was Club room). 2. They don't have smoking room available in the hotel and after some discussion he told me to smoke inside the washroom. 3. Not providing complementary water in the room. One loose plain bottle was kept in the room. On my query the guy told me that it is filtered RO water. I asked the guy that how do know it is filter water, he had no answer. 4. I ordered one mineral water bottle because I didn't wanted to take risk by consuming open water bottle. I was surprised to see that they have charged Rs.60 + Tax for one bottle inspite of MRP on the bottle was Rs.20/-. 5. Nothing special about breakfast. I am a regular business traveller to Mumbai but it was my first and last stay in this hotel.... till they improve their services.
