The hotel was not at a value for money.
Hotel was just ok. Only advantage that, it is located in city center. The rooms were well kept, neat and clean.
My stay was really great here. I stayed here for 3 nights in Standard Room which was neat and tidy. Service was good overall. Food in the restaurant was not up to the mark, it wasn't tasty. Location was convenient. Overall it was above average hotel.
The staffs were courteous and polite in their work. Room was clean and neat with all the facilities. I had my breakfast in the hotel it was good in taste and its good value for money.
The hotel provides excellent services. Being a girl from Delhi,a city which as everybody knows is not safe for girls, I was quite skeptic about staying in a hotel. My parents kept on calling me from the hour I landed in Mumbai. They were relaxed to hear that I was picked up by the hotel cab and was given a secure and comfortable room. I availed pick and drop services for my conference place and the chauffeur was always on time. I felt important and secure at the same time. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful and even arranged for an auto for me when I asked them that I want to go to a nearby place. And food, I should say that was awesome! I was offered complementary breakfast and that had a lot of variety. The best part was that wi-fi was available. I never felt as if i am cut off from the rest of the world. I must say the hotel was complete and self-sufficient! and most importantly safe for girls. Well, that can be said about Mumbai as a whole.
Was a nice place to stay, but they must do something to control the mosquito menace. Food was not bad and the service was good. The staff courtesy was excellent. Rooms clean (except for the mosquitos!)Linen clean, bathrooms clean.
The staff behavior of the hotel was good. The surrounding of the hotels is good. Overall it was a good experience the staff behavior was good. I would rate 3 /5 for this hotel.
This was my second stay at Residency Hotel. First time when I stayed in Executive Room on top floor which was excellent and best to my choce which encouraged me to book again but this time although it was executive room stated I felt it was little worn out and not very good say average only. I will stay here again only if I get best room on top floor.

It's a comfortable business hotel, although with the metro construction work currently going on, access is a bit of an issue (while coming from the airport side cars/cabs will have to take a 2km detour which adds about a half hour during traffic time). - Friendly and efficient staff - Well equipped rooms (coffee/tea kettle, inroom safe, dispenser soap, shampoo) - Breakfast buffet has a reasonable spread, decent taste, though the coffee is really bad, you'd expect some sort of percolator/drip coffee, but it's freshly made Nescafe which is probably the worst coffee on earth! - Beds are comfortable, though the double bed is actually two twins placed next to each other. - TV includes English channels, which is a plus - At check-in they make it a point to tell you "no in-room guests, meet anyone in the lobby only" which is a bit weird when you're on a business trip, though I didn't have to meet anyone this time. - The bathroom mirrors and fittings are aged and show signs of oxidation, likewise the bathroom false ceiling doesn't give much confidence - Study desk, Sofa in the room are comfortable for use I was given a room where the safe wasn't working, normally I wouldn't care about it, but their inroom literature specifically states "leave your laptop and valuables in the safe only when you leave the room", "we are not responsible if you lose it otherwise" or something to the effect. Because of that I complained and they immediately changed my room to one where it was working. The only reason I even considered this important is because their inroom booklet had that note. Overall it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.
One need to be very specific while choosing this one, Location location and location has to be the key, if you want to try this option out. Great connectivity is the USP for this one. Food breakfast average.
The staff at the hotel are really friendly and helpful. The manager Promod is knowledgeable and very helpful. He also help planned our tours to Nashik and Shirdi in a few hours. The people are very quick and efficient. Amir at front desk is quick and fast with checking in. The food is good. The hotel rooms are clean. Well done to the cleaning staff.
Have stayed at Residency Andheri for a few times and also at their Fort Branch Its a nicely kept place. They had decent parking, which was a must for us. Good for a business trip where you come back tired and wanna crash in comfort.
I stayed here during my business travel for 3 nights and had an excellent experience from check in to check out. The dining is good, rooms are well equipped and clean. The staff from reception, restaurant, house keeping to the managers are all beyond exceptional. They allowed us a late check out considering out evening flight departure. I would recommend this place for anyone travelling for business or work, it's very close to the Western Express Highway metro station as well for fast connectivity.
