Overall, this hotel experience was quite good, very well located to the City attractions and quite some good service as well. The dining/lunch/b'fast options can improve. There was no hot water in the Bathroom for 2 days, and despite our requests, the Hotel staff could not rectify it.

I didn't had any trouble with the room service or with the food facilities. It was quite up to the mark. The room was nicely decorated with classy interiors. The staff was very fast and the dedicated to their work. Its a good hotel for a business travelers.

The service was really impressive. The staff was very accurate and punctual in their activities. The location was in fort really suitable for tourist as well as to the business traveler is well. The food was amazing. The room alloted to me was nicely maintained with clean bed sheet and towel. It was a worth property.

Every time we are in Mumbai, we book a room at this hotel. The service is fast and professional. The rooms are on the small side but clean. The bathroom is modern and there is always hot water. In the room there is a mini fridge and facilities to make coffee or tea. Breakfast in the restaurant downstairs is complete. There is lots of choice and the chefs prepare whatever you ask. An excellent, centrally located hotel in Mumbai.

Very good hotel specially for the staff .RAJESH and KASHAR has been very kind and helpfully with us . The hotel has a very good location and good breakfast. We recomanded this hotel and our next travel to mumbay We'll book again Residency Hotel

There are two buildings. Located in the back less. Rear building in 403, 406, 409 rooms without windows, I do not recommend. Staff perfect 5/5. Breakfast excellent 5/5. The rooms are clean 5/3 The rooms of condition 5/3 Victoria Station, 5min, Taj Mahal Hotel and Gateway of India 20min, Chattrapati Shivaj Maharaj Vastu Museum 14min. by walk. So location 5/5 In sum, good solution in Mumbai. Price and value balanced.

Everyone and everything at the Residency was focused on giving the best service possible. This was the case from the time of arrival (being offered dewy cold water & a snack as I checked in), through my stay (breakfast includes a (small) buffet with very fresh western & Indian dishes plus a cook who will make eggs & omelets on the spot, as you like them) and even beyond. When my watch broke, Rajesh helped me to find an excellent watchmaker & I was offered coffee on the house, even though I had checked out some days earlier. Thank you so much Residency - all of you were most kind & professional!

Just got back from the hussle and bussle of Mumbai... Stayed at The Residence for the 5th time....a true Oasis in the middle of the Mumbai madness. Great modern rooms....fantastic buffet breakfast.... and very helpful friendly staff ( thanks Rajesh)... Please try this hotel if in Mumbai...you will not be dissapointed.
