The room was smelling very badly the bathroom and toilet was not cleaned properly. Staffs were very poor in their service they used to take long time to serve the food in the room. The food was below average.

I was invited to the restaurant by my host. It looks like a popular old place. It is poorly managed. Served lukewarm coffee. When we protested they took the coffee and reheated it. When we protested again they took it back, added some milk and let it be lukewarm. Pathetic experience with the restaurant. Not advised for anything.

Plus: 1. Friendly people 2. Clean Minus: 1. Some rooms (e.g. 303) have a door to the neighbor room. If you get such a room, it will be rather noisy. You hear everything from the neighbor room. 2. The reception area is very small. If you want to wait for people in the area, you will be sitting on a hard bench, facing the receptionists. The distance between is about 2 meters. There is no other place where you can sit down and wait for people. 3. At least one of the rooms (e.g. 303) has a bathtub and a shower head. But the shower head does not have a place to hook on the wall. So if you shower, you have to use one hand to hold the shower head. There is no curtain around the bath tub/shower. So it becomes very wet on the floor. 4. You can turn off the air-conditioning, but you cannot turn off the ventilation in your room. It is very noisy and blows cold wind. It is not possible to open the windows in the rooms. So there is a stale smell in the room. Finally, if you want to book a tour for sightseeing, do not use the driver recommended by the hotel. The drivers are only interested in getting you to buy things.

Great location and good rooms. The rooms are well done and spacious enough. Right in the middle of the commercial district of powai Hiranandani with easy access to supermarkets and excellent restaurants. Easy accessibility. Has a good breakfast buffet spread.

I was attending a conference at IIT & this small hotel was an ideal location - close to the Meluha & plenty of restaurants. An upmarket part of town. Staff are very friendly. Breakfasts are great. Beds very comfortable

I've used this hotel only once, normally I go next door to the Meluha that belongs to the same owner. Rodas is small and lacks space for the cars to stop. Service is good, rooms clean and new. Breakfast buffet is not bad, good quality and acceptable variety. I've never eaten there for dinner or lunch. Generally speaking I rather use the Meluha, but if it is fully booked Rodas is a decent alternative.
