The room was smelling very badly the bathroom and toilet was not cleaned properly. Staffs were very poor in their service they used to take long time to serve the food in the room. The food was below average.

Had an excellent stay at this property. Convenient location along with plenty of food options. The staff was very warm and courteous. Extremely nice ambiance. Centrally located along with shopping centers and malls.

Nice plc to stay and walk around even u dont have plans for the day .. its good combination .. hotel service and location will make you happy . But yes .. i stayed for 2 mornings and there was not such change /variety in breakfast menu .. which i addressed them ... rest things are fine ..

Customer service was the best. Exemplary customer service from the staff specially at Parabola. Both the Service and kitchen staff went out of their way to make us at home. Baby food is a struggle while traveling, they made everything needed available! Awesome food by Chef Kaushik and staff. I have rarely seen such wonderful heartfelt hospitality in my many stays across the world.

I spent three months here and I can confirm that the staff is extremely kind and helpful, the food is great, the service and cleaning is topclass. It became home very quickly. They knew about my habits and were very sweet. The cleaning team even gave me a bookmark to keep the page of the book I was reading. A lady at the reception helped me a lot by talking with the taxi driver when I lost my phone in a cab..and then came with me, ready to bargain if necessary ...At breakfast, the staff knew exactly what I wanted... Masala chai, cheese omelette, lassi and fresh lime or orange juice. etc...etc... The only problem was sometimes the wifi which disconnected while I was on a TC.. Thank you all for this. I will come back.

Stayed there for 5 nights on a business trip. Its a very good hotel worth for the rate paid. Location is superb with plenty of dining options. Rooms are spacious (some rooms are pretty small for the same price) and clean. In room facilities are really good for a hotel in this category. They serve the same kind of in-room facility of Meluha, the nearby 5* hotel as both are managed by same group. Even the food comes from same kitchen. Found some rooms are connected which will be suitable for families with kids and groups... What to improve: Rooms are not sound-proof. You will hear all the noise from the corridor and adjacent rooms which might disturb your sleep...
