Excellent stay, price wise its cheap compared to the location, bang opposite to Juhu Beach and walking distance from Juhu Chowpatty. Service was good. Room was excellent. Loved the stay. Quick check-in & Check-Out.

Room is very small , improper lighting, very old TVs which are not working properly, overall quality is average,service is average,food is good,Attitude of staff is poor and argumentative, esp. at reception desk is non cooperative.I booked through TripAdvisor where I was promised complementary breakfast but hotel reception simply denied.Hotel is neither worth 3 star nor the tarrif charged.Hotel lift is old fashioned, bills is printed by old dot matrix printer in which ink is insufficient. Hotel is at prime location near juhu .

Pretty average hotel in a very good location. It's a pretty old hotel with basic amenities and slow service. It's located near the famous juhu beach. Has an amazing restaurant called grandmama cafe below

This is easily among the worst hotels to stay in Mumbai. It is grossly overpriced with old fashioned and poor quality room decor. The hotel manager Jolly D'cruz is an extremely unprofessional, hostile, rude and ill-mannered person. I'll strongly recommend to avoid stay in this hotel. There are better options with competitive pricing in the vicinity with professional service. If there was an option of zero stars on TripAdvisor, this hotel wholeheartedly deserves it.

I checked in with my Fiance...At the time of check in...We came to know that Mumbai couples are not allowed....And den the Person at the reception started arguing that we have clearly mentioned on GOIBIBO website,whereas it was not and is still not mentioned.....His name was Mr.Ghosh...very rude person....No smile no kind gestures....But yaa den we checked in....Rooms were in horrible conditions....Houskeeping staff was good Especially Mr.Babu..Room service was also very quick and active...Bt the first face....dat is the very bad....Dey have to learn to smile and greet first and den Hospitality
