The cleanliness of the hotel was far below my expectation. The breakfast included in the package was tasteless. Staff are nice. They sent a maruti van for my pickup/drop.

Third class service, I am a motivational speaker and a service quality consultant. I will talk neagtive about this hotel in all my seminars. The guy with long hair misbehaved with me and i am extremely upset. No service recovery is possible. Never stay atthis hotel. Hotel is located in near to my office in Mumbai. It was convenient for me to stay there. Room was very average but comfortable. I stayed for one night on official business. I think it is great for any budget traveler.

We stayed here for few hours, we reached this hotel at 3 in the night, we were extremely tired and very exhausted. The front desk manager was rude and when we asked if we can check out an hour late cause we have come so late at night, he said no. The remote of the AC wasnt working, the sheets were dirty, and you could hear everything, from every where. WORST HOTEL ever. Also, avoid FAB hotel chain altogether, this is our third encounter with a hotel associated with FAB Hotels..

To begin with, the Fabhotels chain is the most mismanaged and customer unfriendly group I've ever encountered in the hospitality business. For example, we'd booked Fabhotel Mumbai Airport but on reaching there, we were told that rooms aren't available (inspite of having a confirmation from This was at 11 in the night. Savoy suites is a part of Fabhotels chain and the experience was no better. The front office manager was rude and the hotel room was extremely dirty. We were glad to be able to get out of there. Avoid at all costs.

Breakfast terrible. Nothing continental about it. If you wanted eggs/omelette you have to pay separately Rooms pathetic, had bird lice or something on the mattress was itching. day one we slept cause we were tired but day 2 we left for our 5:30 flights at around midnight to get out of the hotel. definitely no hot water only warm. Location close to airport. Staff very helpful and friendly

After 5 nights at the caliph hotel I found accommodation at the savoy suites, they created space for me due to family contacts despite all the hotels in Powai being full, so thank you for this SAVOY. The room quality was fantastic I was in 206 which I was told was a suite, the rate I paid was favorable. The walls are paper thin and you can hear all activity outside of the room but I would still recommend it considering the standard of hotels around. Keep up the quality of your rooms savoy. The staff at the reception was helpful when required. Keep up the good quality Savoy suites.

stayed 3 nights in this hotel in September 2016 booked 4 rooms. Nothing to shout out. was very noisy all the days...clients stayed and not at all bothered about others. till midnight shouting and yelling and one of the night a guy came bangging our room door.!!! opened the door and he just said sorry and went off. maybe he was drunk! that was a bad time for us.. food was complaint. waiter was excellent.
