I had to wait in the lobby for 1 hour 30 mins to check in. I had my breakfast in the hotel restaurant, it was neat and clean but the breakfast was served bit slowly by the waiter. Rooms are tidy but the bathroom and toilet was not upto that standard. HOLD ON REQUEST!! I stayed there for one night. It is near to the airport and very nice for anyone looking to stay for one night because of the advantage of location. Room was standard with basic amenities and attached bathroom.

The staff at reception took a long time for complying with any requests, THE HOTEL ITSELF IS BRILLIANT.

The hotel staff was helpful especially Mr.Debasis who was a polite & humble man & helped give the right information when most urgently needed and in coordinating with other hotel staff to get my baggage and other things done in time as I was running late for a flight. Will definitely visit the hotel again for its amazing interiors and splendid architecture!

Hi....we booked this hotel because looks very glamorous from the photos.Upon arrival you could see it was dated in its tired appearance We were shown to our room and this too was a let down in its appearance. Carpet stains, furniture stains and dampness on the walls forced a room change. The next room was a hard floor and furniture sympathetically clean finished and apparently clean. Accepting this room we were resigned to accepting the room The next morning post breakfast - which was exceptional, we were horrified to return to our room finding cleaning products left by the cleaners. And stains were apparent on the linen. Upon closer inspection and removal of the linen .the duvet and pillows were noted to have blood stains and other boldly discharges soiled into the duvet. Upon highlighting these observations to the duty manager .With an insincere apologies from both the duty managers, a switch to a suite with free dinner was accepted as a trade off. HOWEVER does not mitigate the poor quality of house keeping for a 5 star hotel. We Ill not ever be using this hotel again and would pay treble rates to stick to the quality expectations from the established luxury hotels .

Booked my room through a travel agent and the reservation was not reflecting in their system, as I had booked at the last moment. I requested the manager to check-in as I have to check-out in next 4-5hrs and I will provide confirmation number or will pay before check-out (I travel a lot and all hotels allow on that condition). But the manager was arrogant and denied in rude manner. Finally I provided him the confirmation number but still he dint allow me to check in because check-in time was 14:00hrs and it was still 13:30 only (Yes, he used the word 'only'). Even after 14:00hrs he provided me a twin beded room. And this is the second time that has happened to me. Worst Staff - Never visiting again
