Terrible quality food

Placed an order for some starters today, and we received third class catagory (as in quality, taste and the packing) food after 1&1/2 hours after placing the order ! Horrible experience ! There was hardly any mashroom in tandoori mashroom and galoti qubabs was absolutely tasteless and with big pieces of beans and carrots! Horrible!
Staycation at Sai palace Hotel

Amazing experience with sai palace Andheri midc. The rooms were clean & spacious also the ambience of the hotel was quite decent. Breakfast was delicious fresh & tasty.
We were been upgraded to an Executive Room of the hotel by the guest relations manager Rudrashti she was soo polite & courteous lady. We visited this property first time & must say they were beyond expectations.
As a welcome drink they had sent spicy guava juice in the room with a small cake as a goodwill gesture to make us feel special.
Truly recommend this hotel for a pleasant lovely stay. Prices are too quiet reasonable. Great service.

Amazing Dinner Buffet
by ArpitP126 on
On Saturday I had been here of the Andheri East branch for my Office get together party with my colleagues for Dinner buffet. The food was very excellent. I and my colleagues loved the ambiance, food and the warn hospitality provided by the Hotel staff. The starters was amazing and the food was quite heavy. I loved the paneer malai kebab, Veg Manchurian balls, Garlic cheese toast and others. The Mulligatawny soup was was tasting like a South Indian sour. Among the main course, I liked the paneer kadhai only but the Veg biryani and the others Indian Vegetables was not cooked very well but the butter naan was excellent. The noodles along with the vegetable gravy was good but very spicy. I didn`t quite liked the main course. The Desserts was very good and I would like to give 10/10 for the Pastry chef. Right from Custard to cakes and mousses everything was good. I loved it. The buffet layout to the service from the waiter`s and from clearance was upto the mark. Next time I would surely love to dine here for the quality of service and the taste of an excellent food.
