It was a nice place. The food was a big pain at this hotel as we have to always go out to have our food. The staff are very nice but the manager behaviour was not acceptable as he used to speak very rudely with everyone.
My overnight stay in this hotel was awful, room was dirty & you can see spider's web & cockroaches around the room, service was no good.
Our 4 night stay in this hotel was fine. Room was clean. Service was good. We haven't had food in the restaurant.
It is good hotel. What I want to suggest is that they shoud pick the guest from rly stn and airport as so many hotels are doing that.

staff behaviour is very bad at saigal guest house and service is also worst room service guys are not listening to any body even always argue to customers and not providing any services. receptionist are corrupt and always asking money...
Everything was perfect..will recommend this place. nice location, big room size, good interior, breakfast was yummy but little choice, easy to commute. Nicely maintained property with good hospitality service.
I was booked this hotel by some link provided by Google search. Totally False information. Location was very dirty. room was dirty. Toilet and bathroom was very poor. Hospitality was terrible. Rate is very high according to facility. Bed sheet was not properly clean. Stained was evry where including spitting spot. Inside room was lack of daylight and no any mobile signal. SV Road side Room was average. My point of view never choose this hotel for stay. Totally Un Hygenic. STAFFS AT THE RECEPTION WERE TOTALLY RUDE, UNHELPFULL. NEED TO SHUT DOWN THE HOTEL FOR ITS POOR CONDITION.
I booked this hotel through some intek hotel solution which is actually linked with this hotel's own website. I made my full payment in advance for two double room, two nights for my employees. My team was traveling from Kochi to Mumbai and they reached the hotel by by night. When they approached the reception for their room with a clear booking voucher printout at hand, the guy who sitting there told us he didnt got any confirmation! When my team mentioned that we already had a booking and made the payment also upfront through their own website, he dont even bother to check the receipt and refused us to provide our room! When my team informed me about this, I called the hotel myself and try to convince him but he keep telling that he didnt have any confirmation. Confirmation from whom? He was not ready to buy any of our argument and tried to throw my team out at midnight! When I tried to contact the intec hotel solution guys, nobody was answering the phone. Finally I called the hotel guy and told him my team will not leave the reception until they provide the room to us and the morning they have to face legal actions against them, then he gave us the room we booked. They made my team to wait nearly three hours in the night, arguing and threatening before they provide the room which we paid in advance. Next day morning, one of the hotel guy came and told us that when we failed to show up by 12 o clock in the noon, they gave our room to somebody else! What kind of service is that! And throughout the stay in this hotel, the staff behave very rude with my team as they were staying there for free. I send a mail to this intec hotel solution guys in the night itself, explaining the situation and demanded an explanation but later I realized that they also partnering in the crime. I gave them my name, mail id and phone number but I haven't got any response from them till date. Never ever book this hotel and never trust this intec hotel solution guys. Stay away from them. You definitely have better options in this country.
I stayed here during my trip to Mumbai to witness The Ganesh Festival in the month of September 2011. The experience was a horrible one - even when I was getting directions from the receptionist over the phone. This was the first time I stayed here - thankfully just for ONE night :-). Had someone given me a million dollars, I would have bought it and made some drastic changes to the place. The entrance is stingy, dark and filthy. Only when you are near the guest house, do the lights strike and the stairs are visible. The receptionist is very unwelcoming (there is nothing you can speak to him about to break the ice - he is COLD). Very blunt on the face of all the other people who work there (bell-boys, janitors, house-keeping etc.) The rooms are well-lit, but poor ventilation makes it very warm inside. To compensate for the same, they have exhaust fans installed in some of the rooms. Mattresses are on the hard side and worse than floor (uneven at places), rooms are not clean (I found a 5-rupee coin below the cot. Left it there for the sweeper.) The phone, geyser and the door were faulty. Had to use a bathroom outside the room - which is pathetically lit, with an AC Vent running through the entire length of the toilet. Unless you are 5 foot tall, watch out for it. Since the staff is not paid well, they keep asking for tips (somehow or the other, they try to speak to you and express their personal issues). I had to oblige the janitor. Maybe, I am wrong but call them and ask for directions or maybe more.
