Terrible hotel i had ever seen Terrible hotel i had ever seen

We checked in around 11:00 AM in morning 19-Aug-2014, Room was cleaned and AC is not working, we adjust our self and in evening care taker came around 5:00 PM told us to change room (I ask reason but don't find suitable reply from him). Then caretaker given us a room beside kitchen and every time we open door cooking smell comes inside room. And Shared bathroom which is used by other staff also. Towels given us is never changed (during our stay), In morning i asked for bath soap they replied that we have to buy from shop and shop will open around 10:00 AM. We had lunch on first day after watching kitchen we never had food, We found that washing machine is inside kitchen and all dirty cloths (linen) are in kitchen, Kitchen is bedroom for staff + washing machine and dirty cloths and kitchen, Horrible kitchen i ever seen. There is no privacy at all, 3-4 times someone came and knock the door and searching for MR.AMARISH. Every morning i have to inform staff to clean room Lift is not working, No responsible person there. I paid 3000 per night, i think room and facilities are not even grade of 1000. Sunil Gajjar
