We arrived in the evening requesting 2 rooms , one was for 2 days and the other till next morning. Tried maling a card payment over 5 times and dint go theu due to their bad phone lines. One room was vacated at 9am and as assured by the manager without any additional charge my friends waited till 11 outside the rooms. However the receptionist "saagar" called and made a ruccus on this. We paid the rooms in cash the previous night and had to pay the additional hours the next morning when the phone lines were working. Sagar was rude and raising his voice. When requested to contact the manager who assured us there will be no inconvenience...he din't call nor gave his no to solve the confusion. Instead he accused us saying the bell boy saw all shifted in one room whereas all of us were out of the room. When the bell boy was questioned he actually confirmed he made no such comments. Despite of this sagar was not apologetic and continued to be rude. As a result we dint want to continue our stay and all 4 checked out. He made no effort to pacify or solve the problem even after we said we will complain.
