We arrived in the evening requesting 2 rooms , one was for 2 days and the other till next morning. Tried maling a card payment over 5 times and dint go theu due to their bad phone lines. One room was vacated at 9am and as assured by the manager without any additional charge my friends waited till 11 outside the rooms. However the receptionist "saagar" called and made a ruccus on this. We paid the rooms in cash the previous night and had to pay the additional hours the next morning when the phone lines were working. Sagar was rude and raising his voice. When requested to contact the manager who assured us there will be no inconvenience...he din't call nor gave his no to solve the confusion. Instead he accused us saying the bell boy saw all shifted in one room whereas all of us were out of the room. When the bell boy was questioned he actually confirmed he made no such comments. Despite of this sagar was not apologetic and continued to be rude. As a result we dint want to continue our stay and all 4 checked out. He made no effort to pacify or solve the problem even after we said we will complain.

We booked 1 room from evening to evening and 1 room from evening to morning as our friends had to leave. we could not make full payment as their Credit card machine was not working. In the morning SAAGAR,their front desk manager calls us and tells us to vacate the room. I told him that we were staying till evening but he refused to listen & said that we made less payment & could not stay. I told him that I would pay the remaining amount at check-out time but the rude guy kept talking badly on the phone. STRICT ACTION need to be taken against this guy. He was very rude & kept on arguing with us. I put up a complaint with Mr. Dan Gomes whose name was given on their Bussiness card. Hope appropriate action is taken against this guy. Plz dont go to this place as the management is very bad. Rooms are very average and staff is good.

Extremely pathetic customer service the guy sagar very rude. Never to visit this place again. Zero coordination among the staff what he customer is advised during stay. Bad bad bad poor poor poor. Pple to visit be aware of this place. Big liars

This is an avergae place to stay,preferably with friends or for couples who would want a quite place to be away from prying eyes. The property is pretty big with decent options to spend your carrom,table tennis,badminton,foosball,etc. The rooms that we stayed were like dorms which had three double beds stacked in which worked fine with us. The food is strictly ok and they do not serve alcohol.(they will arrange from outside) Do note that if you intend to choose their late check in facility,then plz be there before 11..else you will be left to fend for yourself (like in our case as we reached at 12 in the night due to traffic).

It was an outing for group of 6. All i can say is i was impressed with the well kept property- given the economical rates!!lush greenery, tree house, hammocks, foosball, carrom board, (badminton, football, basketball on request)...they have it all!!The lawn area was like a personal party space with some good music played throughout the evening.....Rooms are clean & well kept, service was prompt. I would recommend to go for Chinese cuisine to calm ur hunger pangs....the owner Dan was a wonderful host, who personally looked after every guest.....i would definitely recommend this place for a family or friends or even official outing....a big thank you to Dan & his team for making our stay so pleasant & worthwhile....cant wait to come back to this place again :)
