Below average in internet facilities - shouldn't have advertised as wi fi connected - caused a real problem as we were on a business trip. The lobby is lovely and the staff were gracious and quite helpful. In fact, think we deserve a rebate for some portion of the cost as the internet service available did not work all the time, nor was there printing facility. Well situated, not far from the railway stations and from the Marine Drive. Proper, with nice and clean rooms. Elevator. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast in the hotel and the buffet was very rich and with fresh fruit and juices in a niche and friendly atmosphere.

polite and attentive service especially at the Complimentary Breakfast bar with a freshly cut fruits, freshly squeezed fruit juices, choice of main breakfast and much more .... the room service was excellent at all times. the room was spacious with a King Size Double bed, Air Conditioned, a small gallery, ideal for reading the morning paper in the morning sun, walk in shower with good water pressure etc.Centrally located, this Hotel is not far from the famous Marine Drive and Church Gate Station is 2 minutes walk for travelling to suburbs for meetings etc Local shops, renowned restaurants places of interest at few minutes walk from the Hotel. the understanding and the service from a pleasant young lady looked after all our needs with a smile. A wonderful experience all around and pleasure to work in doors with free dependable Wifi (shame it could only connect 2 devises and I had 4 so a bit of a pain to keep switching the devises).

Good breakfast options and friendly staff. We checked in super early because of what time our train was scheduled to arrive and they got us in to a room before 7am which was very kind. Could do with somewhere to unwind, like a bar? but I'm British and predicable!

It was very comfort & pleasing experience to stay there with my family. Buffet breakfast is awesome & all the staffs are very co-operative. Special thanks to "Nazia Khan" (front office staff) who understood our requirement & upgraded us to the grand suite room without asking even. would love to stay there again. Regards Safdar Raza

Stayed at this lovely hotel, in mid December and then in early January. This is my third time, after two years. It's as great as ever, with some real improvements- excellent free wifi in the rooms, and many rooms have been improved. Staff are as lovely as ever, and many old faces remain- Nazia, Philip, Cajetan, Vianny with some new ones-Vivian, the catering manager- he was brilliant! Ensured I had porridge everybody morning, although it was not on the menu. The breakfasts are the best ever- never mind just in India. I can't thank the hotel for ensuring we had a good trip. I would continue to recommend this hotel without any reservation. If you're in Mumbai, do book in.
