I stayed at hotel Grand Mumbai for 1 night. We had a freestanding shower as well as a separate bathtub, the bathroom was really big. The beds are comfortable. Housekeeping did a fine job. The service is excellent. Balram Das Gade

The hotel is perfect for a business trip.I was there for a business trip and was delighted to see the hospitality of the staff there. The lobby of this hotel is itself an attraction as it is a huge one to be seen .Overall the hotel is worth the money they are charging.

It's very close to the domestic and international airport so we reached in 15-20 minutes. There are plenty of cabs available outside the hotel though its best to book a Meru or Ola if you're planning to go a few places. The Front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. They were able to provide all the info about places to dine etc. The check in process was also very smooth. The room was spacious and very well furnished with all the essentials. There was a separate shower cubicle and bathtub and the bathroom was very spacious. There was some party going on so it was a bit noisy on one night. The in room dining service was excellent. The food quantity and quality matched the prices. The delivery was also prompt and our requests were met promptly. The in room service desk also called to check if we enjoyed the food and wanted to order anything else. The breakfast buffet was extensive and the staff was great. There were plenty of options for indian and continental breakfast. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again.

I last stayed at this property when it was under renovation. It has completely transformed now, for the better. Check in was mostly smooth. Luggage delivery to room was faster than expected (compared to experience in other hotels). Rooms are quite spacious. Bathroom amenities were good too. Bathroom design/ layour could have been better - shower area was cramped. Breakfast spread was very good. Efforts around providing good service were quite visible. However, speed of service did slip couple of times. For example, I callled 'Instant Service' button on my room phone to order fruit basket. I was transferred to 'Room Service' (so, no Instant Service!). Room service assured that basket will reach me shortly. After waiting for 15 minutes, when I called again, I was told that it will reach me very soon. In next 5 minutes, two people came to my room at different time with the fruit basket. Same story happened at breakfast table when I ordered for Paratha. In both cases, effort to serve was evident but it could have been better coordinated. Overall, good experience. Will love to come back and enjoy more that hotel has to offer.

Checked into the hotel at ~6 am. Had to book the hotel for the previous night since we were checking in so early. We had a pickup from the airport and although the flight was delayed by about an hour, the person was at the front with the name printouts. One major advantage is that it is barely a 5 minute ride from the international airport. The lobby is stupendous. The check-in process took a bit longer than expected...I am sure the lack of sleep and an overnight flight played its part. The room was good. The breakfast was another delightful experience. Overall a good hotel choice and we will be back again.

hotel is great value for money. but service staff is too slow and too stubborn. hotel is service industry and flexibility and agility matters. food is okie tokie... buffet in coffee shop is way to expensive than what it offers. but taste is good.

Jet airways late again so missed connecting flight agent put us in this hotel for 24hours not where I wanted to be but the lovely staff the great food the fabulous room soon changed my mind .Excellent swimming pool plenty of sun beds helped the afternoon fly by excellent Gin and Tonics in lovely bar went a long way to easy my mood. Well done to you all for cheering me up.

My husband and I visted the Lalit in Andheri East in December 2016, we are regular travellers and for us the level of service we receive makes a huge impact on us, i must admit our first impression at the hotel was not so great,we intial felt that the service levels were not upto a 5 star hotel standard, but Mr Noel managed to change that perception for us, he was very pleasant and helpful, my husband was most impressed with his kindness and willingness to help and make out trip pleasant. We wish to thank Mr Noel for his great work, we wish you all the best and think of your fondly. You turned what was an almost bad experience into a wonderful one. Demo Trip We stayed in Room 444 and it was pretty quiet. The only negative comment is that it is a long walk from the elevators.
