Rooms were excellent and very very comfortable. Staff were very polite and helpful in their service. The hotel is located in a very nice place (airport is close by). In future I would like to stay in the same hotel again.

I had my breakfast in the hotel restaurant the breakfast was good and the restaurant too was clean. It was a good experience staying at this hotel. Rooms are neat and tidy. They have a swimming pool but could not use it due to time constraint, the gym in the hotel was under renovation. Room was not so good so we changed the room and that room was very much comfortable as well as neat and clean. Staff service was slow. Location was good near the hotel.

I recently had a chance to experience The Leela,Mumbai's customer service. I had stayed there for a business trip and during checkout forgot my paperback books in the room. The books were very special to me- having brought it all the way from Auschwitz and one more a gift from a dear person. It funny how very important things once forgotten may seem too tedious to get back BUT my books left behind made me very upset- it was like I left part of me- travelling back incomplete. Though there was initial confusion between trying to talk to housekeeping and books being at the bell boy's the hotel staff executive Housekeeper Mr. Kingshuk personally looked for my books, found, them kept me posted and mailed them back. It means a great deal to have immediate response from the Facebook page and for the staff to value even less expensive items which are dear to the customer. Thank You Leela Mumbai and Mr. Kingshuk- you returned items which mean a lot to me.. I recommend this hotel for stay in Mumbai.. Great service !!

This is certainly a beautiful hotel to stay in!!' Opulent to say the least! My husband and I spent 2 nights here and it's very expensive to have a beer or cocktail overpriced by Indian standards! The rooms are great and pool is beautiful but felt intimidated by all the business people around!!!

During the month of February 2017 I stay few time in this fantastic hotel. I eat hear the swimming pool and I had a good dinner wit my colleague. Room are really very nice: bathroom is completely in marble, beds are large with an extraordinary good mattress and very quality bed sheet. Service is excellent: everyone provide you a lot of attention in any detail. Breakfast was also a good experience.

Firstly I want to say it's a fantastic property. Service was great and nothing was a problem. I think it is basically a business and conference centre. Tourists and couple stays are not really there core business. Personally I felt a little underwhelmed for the money we paid. Very expensive for food and beverages for a general traveller. Most people there the companies are paying so there happy. Still enjoyed it though!! I would go elsewhere as a tourist!!!

Excellent facilities, friendly staff (except during checking in and checking out). Great food, the ambience is very appealing, especially for a hotel in the heart of the city. Room facilities leave something to be desired -- the TV for example: the viewing quality of HD channels are sub-standard. During checking in, the staff didn't accept my PAN card for ID proof and demanded something else, so I had to give them my driver's license. But when my colleague checked in the next day, his PAN card was accepted -- go figure. To add insult to injury, they forgot to return my driver's license to me, and I realized this only after reaching my room. During checkout, their point of sale machine declined both my cards, and when I suggested that they try the transaction with another machine, I was informed that they didn't have another one (hard to believe for a hotel of this stature). When the machine didn't work in manual mode too, they managed to magically find another machine, which was able to process my card successfully. No apology was forthcoming from them, no cognizance of the fact that you need to give the benefit of the doubt to the customer (all the more so for an organization in the hospitality industry).
